I ended up with super high cortisol levels after being dragged through family court. My family has a history of thyroid failure and the cortisol basically activated the failure. Essentially my metabolism completely crapped out and I went from a sporty size 10/12 (Aussie) to a size 22 in four months before the docs worked out what was going on! Once my levels stabilised enough I went back to the gym but as I do I overdid it and they crashed again and I started to inflate again. back to the endocrinologist so they can hopefully sort me out. When you have no control over how your body responds, it is absolutely heartbreaking! Just make sure you are kind to yourself and try not to push yourself to hard. You are a gorgeous soul who is grateful for everything you have. Being humble is very rare these days so you deserve every success in the world xx

I hate backdrops. Maybe they'd be better for like insta videos but full length UA-cam videos? No thanks. They're so bland and I get so bored just staring at the same color/pattern for that long. Not stimulating at all and I despise them.

@Shaaanxo the J One Jelly Pack is supposed to be really good. Nikkietutorials raves about it all the time. It's supposed to really grip on your makeup and last all day. It is really sticky though apparently

It's really awesome that ZiwiPeak sent you stuff! It's super expensive over here. Also, with the wet food, freeze it in a Kong for times you need the dogs to be quiet for a bit. It lasts a lot longer than frozen peanut butter.

And I would hate for you to cover up your regular background. That is one of the things that sets you apart. I loved your decluttering and organization videos. Your background being your room is way better and easier on the eyes than the faux backgrounds people use.

I really like the background as it is. It makes me feel like I'm in that room with you. The backdrops make it look very professional? (Not saying you aren't) but if I compared your tutorials to someone like Nikkie I find that your more enjoyable for me because it's not just about the makeup and the fame and I feel like I'm friends with you rather then just a viewer but of course it's up to you.

omg yes Shan activewear is everything! I go for tights that rise all the way into my waist, so they don't fall down when you squat, row, run or box jump. Cotton On has new stuff which I actually really like, except I'm a 10 and I often end up getting a XS to get a snug fit (because their XS is actually an 8)

i would love to see a video about that bra! ive heard lots of mixed reviews.. ive heard some people had a lot of trouble getting it off after wearing it out for a day and sweating in it, etc. some people said it took some skin off with it ew! I hope that doesnt happen to you :O

I loved this video!!! You're so sweet and down to earth. And my favorite active wear is Lululemon!!! Their clothes are so comfortable and also make the body look beautiful. I traveled/backpacked for 4 months and all I brought was lululemon. You have to try it!!!

Turmeric is amazing for blocking the effects of cortisol on the body, especially the release of fats around the tummy. If you can find a turmeric capsule (I use CortRX) or can be bothered making turmeric lattes have one in the morning and one before you work out and you will see such a difference! Hope this helps xo
