So happy i was able to get this during the holiday season for our family! After i accidentally pooped a little bit on our carpet after a wild night with the family, i was able to get rid of all indications of that night's insanity! No more suspiciously colored stains in THIS household :)
I just got for my carpet & used it in area heavy traffic, it’s great. After I used it with their instructions, then used regular water to rinse. The more u go over the carpet on dry suction the cleaner & drier the carpet is. It’s great on matted areas to.
I bought one. My carpets look like new. It is much easier to assemble a few extra parts if you watch the video on UA-cam- How to assemble and use Shark CarpetXpert. I give it 5*****!
So far I like the carpetxpress (just did a trial run in the hall). But this video is way too fast when trying to assemble! I had to pause and rewind way too many times. So happy I found this guy. Ours is blowing water out of the motor area. Contacted Shark and they asked us to send it back so they can research the issue. New replacement is on the way. 👍

@@kevsolomon246 I think it’s likely carpet fiber and hair is sticking in a valve somewhere inside but since you can’t take the cover off you can’t really check. Our new one so far is working great, we just take extra care to clean the fibers away from the suction tube.
@@kristilynnbayangoan3327 I Returned mines to Best Buy because if you look at the brush it seems like it’s strictly carpet cleaning. On the box it says carpet cleaner also. Hope that helps 👍

Then use a thin hard object (e.g. screwdriver) to press the release button while pulling up the wand out of the body. The hole is located on the rear side just below the carry handle in the middle of the vents.
Yes, there is a small hole on the back of the unit, in the grill section above the top power cord hook. Use a narrow tool (eg small screwdriver) to press this button, while simultaneously lifting the wand upward. It helps to shimmy the wand while lifting it up. You may need 2 people to make it easier.

Use an Allen wrench and pull up, it works better. Two people not required to remove
