You can replace your fire runes with smoke and soul runes and then use the spell Vile Vigour to save on stams. It turns prayer points into run energy so you use more revites instead. It's awesome as a supplement to stams and blows my mind that the spell actually has a purpose 😆 also looks like you can definitely switch to non-suicide method pretty soon! Maybe bring purple sweets for run energy and stackable food if in doubt.
Staminas are way more inventory efficient. Staminas are better for learning too because it's more click intensive with the vile vigour spell and you don't have to watch your run energy as much. I'd only recommend using the spell before Olm, but then use staminas during Olm.
Thanks for the visual metronome trick, looking forward to trying that. I also like the 1:0 melee and 2:0 head strategies showcased here. All the 4:1 melee and 4:1 head strats do is save a little bit of time but for a lot of people the completion is the most important thing and the strat in this video is the easiest way to achieve completions, and deathless too once you get the cycles down. I wonder if a heavy hitting weapon like a godsword would be better for 1:0. By the way the mage thrall is so good because you need to hit mage hand to make his head turn all the way to the left. With a thrall out, you'd have to splash AND thrall hits 0 for olm head to fail to turn all the way left and face middle, which is very unlikely. After learning this I can't stand soloing mage hand without thralls anymore, the difference is extremely noticable. Thralls are obviously also just good dps in general. I like to bring a watering can for flames just in case, especially for 4:1 melee hand.
Just sent my first Chambers. Solo as well and soooo much to learn. Olm beat the crap out of me haha. I hope I can get the solo down. Persistence persistence... Thanks for the guide bro.
Ty great vid! Music was not fitting onto the footage though. I would have played Ferox Enclave music or some boss battle music like Zulrahs. You had bankstanding tunes on lol. Live commentary is great but I would have loved an overview breakdown with a graphic prior to the live clip, but after watching a few times I understand.
Great video, thank you so much! One question, do you have the trident on the swamp on long range? Or just on accurate since you’ll be running towards the other side already
Been wanting to learn how to do this, watching you makes me feel I can do it. You should do a tile link though so people can copy unless there already is a link for it
Lmao this is giving me nostalgia when I first started doing this. Once you get used to it, you’ll be doing 3:0, 4:1, and 3:1 olm, prob the most standard. Cox imo is not worth as an Ironman once you get the scrolls. Yes, some items are nice but I’d rather you grind for a bowfa and stick to ahrims than grind for ancestral and tbow

Awesome job! Got it bookmarked and gonna try this solo for the 1st time and with a bit of practice ill be soloing it=)
can you show how to get recover. I just always mess up and cant get back into rhythm
Just get out of his view asap and try to find the timing to take off running again. Know that every 4 ticks the head will either turn or attack
He does it several times in the video

I got Bowfa and then got TBow at 12 KC lol… it was my first purple!
He has a bowfa already I don't know why he doesn't use it here lol.
Hoi
useless guide
Useless comment 😎
u shouldnt have to die
Hahaha yeah I'm getting there
Wow this makes me never want to push for endgame pvm its fuckgin stupid just cheese
What would be more fun? Prayer switching? Most endgame pvm is about using mechanics to avoid damage
How is this a cheese lmao????? Only in the sense that the boss isn't really intended to be soloable but it's *harder* than the intended mechanics
