I saw the thumbnail and thought "That looks like an Roy Andersson movie". That is a sign of a director with a completely own style.
You can pause his films at any moment, and there will never be a shot that’s not instantly recognisable as a Roy Andersson film. He’s incredible!

Sounds like DW Griffith's Intolerance or Dreyer's Leaves From Satan's Book: time-hopping shorts around a theme.
In my opinion there are 3-4 interesting shorts, others seem to be made just cos there is an idea and a time to fill.
"About Endlessness"? Is this a movie about the pandemic?
