Not really because it does remove some virus but virus is still there and it is sending the same maintenance.vbs file message because it is not deleted propy

Yes i suggest you run malewarebytes this will take care of the startupcheck.vbs error then run the cmd restore helth to fix the Maintenance.vbs.
