आचार्य है या अचार है इनको यह तक नहीं पता कि मनुस्मृति को महाभारत काल मे युधिष्ठिर ने न्याय के रूप में मनुस्मृति को स्तंभ मानकर न्याय किया था। जहां दंड के परिणाम का ज्ञात होने के बाद भी दंड करना, और जिसे ज्ञान ना हो या अल्प ज्ञान होना पर अलग-अलग दंड की व्याख्या करती है मनुस्मृति जोकि व्यक्तियों के वर्ण के हिसाब सुनाई जाती है।
यह तो पोंगा पंडित है इससे आचार्य को कुछ नहीं पता bs दुकान चल रही है और कितनी बड़ी दुकान कर लेगा इसको इसकी चिंता है बस
अगर मनुस्मृति की कमियों पर प्रकाश डालोगे और उसे कम अहमियत दोगे जो कि उतनी अहमियत देने लायक है भी नहीं फिर भी ,जिन्हें हिंदू धर्मग्रंथों से ही दिक्कत है वो गीता या रामायण को पकड़ लेंगे।🤷🏼♂️🤦♂️ जो कि हम देख ही चुके हैं।😂

as a woman, books like Manusmriti was the reason I started feeling ugly about my religion and mentally I was never hindu. This man has turned the definition of hinduism upside down for me. Thank you sir.
manusmriti is just one book and there are things that are not practical and completely absurd but thats the beauty of our beliefs we dont have to follow things we dont agree with manusmriti was used by many people to exploit life of others we must criticize those texts
Read Manusmriti, you will find all different things that you have heard about it.
In British times there were many misstranslations & misinterpretations of Manusmriti had been done so we needs to re-examine it.
Manusmriti is a good book & there is nothing bad in it what these so called scholars are talking about.
There are many bad things about Women & Non believers in holy books of Abrahamic religions but they don't dare to talk about it but propagating false information about Manusmrit.

Manusmriti is criticized infinite times more than Kuran. And we all know how much criticism the latter deserves
All religion, either it is islaam, Christianity, budha, sikh etc are made by divine forces to establish human religion and dharm, but due to kaliyug all are contaminated and conflict created between all religion, the kaliyug not only killed Raja parikshit but also used religion only against the religion, only real dharmik people can understand that all dharma are made for goodness by divine but kaliyug the devil contaminated all of them by bad concept like zihaad, so it's time to inform that we all are dharmik just we are fighting with each other instead of fighting with Adharm kaliyug

i honestly feel good that we can openly criticize our literature and improve our thought process fearlessly, that is the only way to move forward. when you dont have that freedom in a belief system, it stops making sense.

1) Śri Krsna Śrīmad Bhagavad Gītā 10.34 :
Among women I am fame, fortune, speech, memory, intelligence, faithfulness and patience.
2) Manusrimti 3.56 :
Where Women are honoured, divinity blossoms there, and where ever women are dishonoured, all action no matter how noble it may be, remains unfruitful.
3) Manusmriti 3.55 :
Women must be honoured and adorned by their fathers, brothers, husbands, and brothers-in-law, who desire (their own) welfare.
4) Brihat Samhita 74.4 :
A woman, therefore, resembles the goddess of wealth in a family, and must be treated with respect, and all her wants must be satisfied.
5) Markandeya purana Chapter 2 :
Women play a very important and significant role in society as the progress of the society depends upon the progress of the woman also.
6) Mahabharata 13.47.26 :
The daughter, O king, has been ordained in the scriptures to be equal to the son.
7) Devimahatmyam 2.13 :
The incomparable radiance that was born from all gods and pervaded the 3 worlds, came to one place and took the form of a woman.

विश्वरत्न, बोधिसत्व, परमपूज्य, महामानव डॉ बाबासाहाब आंबेडकर जी जैसे दुनिया के सबसे काबिल, पढ़े-लिखे, ज्ञानी व्यक्ति ने यदि "मनुस्मृति" का दहन किया हैं.... तो ये कोई मामूली बात तो नहीं हो सकती...क्यूँकि वे खुद इतने पुस्तक प्रेमी थे उसके बावजूद भी उन्होने एक पुस्तक "मनुस्मृति" का दहन किया था तो ये बात साफ़ कर देती हैं की वह पुस्तक मानवता के कल्याण के बारे में तो बिलकुल ही नहीं हो सकती यदि मानवता के कल्याण के बारे में उसमें जरा सी भी कोई अच्छी बात होती तो डॉ बाबासाहाब आंबेडकर जी जैसे "कायदा पंडित" ने उसे संविधान में जरूर शामिल किया होता. जो चीज़ संविधान के विरोध की विचारधारा रखती हो वो तो हमेशा से ही controversy में ही रहेगी.

Manusmriti is the oldest constitution written by Kshtriya King Manu maharaj.The principles or rules in the Manusmriti are not contradicting to Veda, later on during British era Maxmuller altered Manusmriti to create castle division in the society. Those who don't know there are eighteen main Smritis or Dharma Sastras. The most important are those of Manu, Yajnavalkya and Parasara. The other fifteen are those of Vishnu, Daksha, Samvarta, Vyasa, Harita, Satatapa, Vasishtha, Yama, Apastamba, Gautama, Devala, Sankha-Likhita, Usana, Atri and Saunaka.. i would say instead of believing such people please read authentic Smritis,puranas,grantha,Vedas . Bcoz many writer jus publish when they don't know the basic meaning of language used in it.... Otherwise u will only hate few things bcoz someone criticized and becoz u don't know the real meaning of it.. as many people get offended of tulsidas doha where tadna was taken as beating when in awadhi even today here we call tadna as continuously staring .. means keeping eyes on.. so it's bcoz we have a large linguistic culture,state to sub district and more sub sects it's a vast term so unless u didn't researched enough don't believe such people.

शूद्रों (जो आज की अनुसूचित जातियां, अनुसूचित कबीले और पिछड़ी श्रेणियां हैं) के विषय में शंकर के विचार इस से भी ज्यादा गए बीते हैं. अपने भाष्य में उन्होंने लिखा है कि शूद्र को न वेद सुनने का अधिकार है और न पढ़ने का, न उस के अर्थ समझने का अधिकार है और न उस के अनुसार अनुष्ठान (यज्ञ आदि) करने का. यदि वह (शूद्र) वेद पढ़ने वालों के पास जा कर उसे (वेद को) सुन ले तो उस के दोनों कानों में सीसा (रांगा) और लाख पिघला कर भर देनी चाहिए. शूद्र चलताफिरता श्मशान होता है, अतः उस के समीप वेद नहीं पढ़ना चाहिए. वेद का उच्चारण करने पर शूद्र की जीभ काट देनी चाहिए और वेद को सुन कर कंठस्थ कर लेने पर उस का शरीर चीर देना चाहिए. शूद्र को ज्ञान नहीं देना चाहिए:

How can I find such a person who doesn't have a selfish motive. See you can interpret anything as anything else. But when they are written with scorn in face value, there is no interpretation there.
For example, when ISIS says "We will kill the Hindus", we don't sit and interpret what kill means and what Hindus means. We take it with face value. Hateful contents should be taken with face value.
Well vedas rigveda gives definition of four varna, yajurveda mentions definition of chandal and nishadha which is proof of birth based varna system and discrimination, mahabharat has many stories about birth based varna system ( check what " sut" in sutputra karna means) , bhagwat Gita talks about paap yoni etc and says one must do work of varna he was born into no matter how bad he was at it, and never do work of other varna no matter how good he is at it, (bhagwatGita 18:47)....with this context all Gita is actually trying to implement birth based varna system and discrimination out of which caste system originated. So caste discrimination is a religious problem that needs to be addressed.

The caste explained in it is so wrong whereas earlier the people were divided according their abilities, there was no barrier such as caste, but popularisation of Manusmriti pulled us backward in so many aspects and have been so deep rooted that to this day women and working class people are humiliated. Our religion, rather our Sanatan culture, is great, but certain texts and beliefs just makes us a target of mockery and disbelief.
