You know my favorite part of this? After this matpat made a theory making marks perfect pokemon, a tall purple egyptian feline which mark said "pass" to in a response video. Followed shortly by some monster dating sim gameplay where he was thirsting over an egyptian feline monster

I still think one of the best things to come out of this was WolfeyVGC, pokemon champion, built a team using ONLY pokemon Markiplier wpuld smash and took it to the top of the leaderboards. Next reaction maybe?
Unfortunately pokemon content didn't really do well. I'll put some as 6am uploads, see my FalseSwipeGaming reactions, but they don't really catch on.

This video fascinates me to this day. It dropped out of nowhere after they had a very short discussion about pokemon on their podcast and took off like god-knows-what for no good reason.
Maybe it's the absolute dryness of most of the video that makes those few comments so much funnier. (Btw, if I remember correctly, he hasn't played past gen 1 and doesn't particularly like pokemon either.)
PS: if you're doing Mark's stuff now, ahve you considered some of his Improv vids, like the CHANGE one?

@@KipReacts Same. I watched CyYu’s go at pokemon smash or pass, and when it came to Snom Cy chose pass, so it should at least provide some relief for Zen. If u haven’t already, u might consider watching it.

When he entered gen 2 he said he doesn't know these pokemon, so anything after is unknown lore and gameplay wise.
He has actively stated that he thinks anything past Gen 1 is stupid and the same as the first game, so his opinion on Pokémon can be safely disregarded XD
