so freaking good. sometimes i wonder if i was born in the wrong decade but hey, in the 80s there would have been no youtube to binge-listen synthwave albums all day long.
If I remember right, mtv had some late night dance music stuff kindof like this in the late 80s. The clubs in the late 80s early 90s had dj mixing stuff like this as well. DJs these days dont do much of on the fly stuff anymore like they did back then.
then what would have been fun without listening the music on tape recorder carrying on shoulder!! better was then there was no iphone or mobile name trash, less computers oriented world..life was at average pace where everyone could able to keep pace with daily life!! peeps were more keen to cool superheroes comics filled with gore then today's ouch kids!!, i still own VCR and taperecorder though havent used them since but they are almost new....great cartoons, life was more of a fun oriented than todays fake and fabricated type!!
sorry to be off topic but does anybody know of a method to get back into an instagram account? I somehow lost my login password. I love any assistance you can give me
ultimar235 Its getting there....To be honest this kind of music along with movies like Kung Fury are only just beginning I know Kung Fury may not be every1s cup of tea....but the work they put into the FX is incredible....and the style is gonna start to make a comeback because of them...
Orion3k I wouldn't say "because of them." Stuff like this and the 80's aesthetic has been popular for a while now. Ever played Blood Dragon? Kung Fury is so painfully contrived and annoying. There are many people who have done and have been doing what they attempted to, and do it 100x better.
Graf Gallahad I'll look into that...and I see what you mean about it being "contrived" but I think they were trying to go for that.... Although if they made it a lot more serious I think it would have been highly rated...I don't think anyone who see's the movie can deny the work they put in...thats just my opinion tho
Now this is some great Synthwave right up there with Michael Cassette's "Temporarity", Miami 1984's "Turbulence" and Robert Parker's "Crystal City". Those are all awesome and so is this one.
Found this by pure random (as it appears on the sidebar among with other music) - was listening to ORAX - Missing earlier until I thought I'd try this one. It's really good! ♥ Glad I've found it :). Putting it in my playlist so I can listen to when I paint and draw. Yep, it's so John Carpenter's vibe. Could also have been a great soundtrack for Escape from NY or Escape from LA. :D
This is spectacular! Are we calling this stuff "Synthwave" now? Because to me it sounds remarkably similar to what we've been calling "Synthesizer Dance" or "Spacesynth" for the last 10-15 years. Reminds me of MindXpander, Anders Lundqvist, Marco Rochowski, Johan Koskela, Dreamtime, Everdune, etc!
Holy crap thank god i found this! Omfg i found it while searching for the kung Fury Sound and get this after... Holy Moly i am Just dancing. Maybe my coworkers think that i Go crazy but with this in my Headphones i went crazy.
You know, as much as I love this album, and synthwave in general. I think Daft Punk did a really good job on the Tron soundtrack. But if I was going to pick a synthwave artist to do the soundtrack to that film, it would definitely be something with more of a cyberpunk feel. Maybe a collab between Bourgeoisie, Noir Deco, and Dan Terminus.
From what I gather from other comments, apparently it's an Audi TT mk1. Although because the vents don't line up (the mk1 has two not three) if it's an Audi I'm inclined to say it's the TT mk2.
i'm so glad i was born in the early 80's😊

So melodic and catchy, who needs lyrics?! It speaks for itself, and it says, "I'm fucking dope!".

@Juan Billy Instablaster =)
This is like the intro to an Airwolf or Knight Rider type show.
I love this new electro 80's style music. And the covers or the pictures on the videos are simple delicious.
This is it. Awesome, through and through.
I called this TV music when I was a kid...now I'm starting to realize how actually good it is!
I have been listening to this for months, how does this not have more views yet?
I've just found this genre of music and wondered why I didn't find it sooner.
+insanemadcat9 Didn't we all, didn't we all.
Same here
when i first found this genre it was actually through one of the wildest most die-hard metalheads I've ever met
Oh yeah! What a banging album.
Interstate... man, what a tune. Will buy this for sure.
This album really is great, just a shame more people aren't into this type of music.

+Orion3k drive too, that films whole score was vapourwave
+George Tayler It's not vaporwave...

Ok, 80s Guy, I put this on and pumped it thru my new drivers and Had a BLAST!! Thanks!!
Another incredible masterpiece.. god this music is awesome. Makes me want to just jump in my celica and cruise all night!
+VanguardDragon
Don't forget the cigarette. And don't forget to use too many camera angles.
Oh definitely, that's standard. And plenty of shots of the speedo needle going up and up?
What year Celica?
'96 :) the sexiest of all
VanguardDragon Quad headlights!
Love your channel. Great music to work by.
Man your channel is def one of my favourites
ty sir for sharing this :D
I'd be lying if I said this wasn't one of the single greatest albums I've heard in a long time.
Vector Holds finest work!
Nice!
God this sounds like old robot game music from the Super Nintendo days. Loving every second.
man this is amazing. waited long to find my new favourite album. bang!
love this album so much. so full of life and nostalgia!!
Oh yes, this is some electronic music for my taste. Sweet tunes!
There is nothing better than a fucking massive sound 80's snare that you just need to mimic. PPPfff! PPPfff! :P
Awesome album! "Interstate" my new favorite song!!
Awesome Tunes! Heart ripping bass
This might be in GTA6 according to leaks. I can’t wait!
I hope its the mission themes lol
I heard some classic 90's house incoming.
Now this is some great Synthwave right up there with Michael Cassette's "Temporarity", Miami 1984's "Turbulence" and Robert Parker's "Crystal City". Those are all awesome and so is this one.

Reminds me of Tyrian 2000 Soundtrack. Light and nice.
Superb!

deep undercover 1985 interstate victory road isolation hardbodies 💙💙💙💙

Great [insert very specific and interesting music genre here]- song
Vector Hold!!!
No words but

80's RULE!!!
Holy crap thank god i found this! Omfg i found it while searching for the kung Fury Sound and get this after... Holy Moly i am Just dancing. Maybe my coworkers think that i Go crazy but with this in my Headphones i went crazy.
PERFECT
The piano melody of Vengeance reminds me of the Top Gear Rally (N64) opening theme.
So deep! last track...)
Here from GTA VI
The second song is like the perfect intro in a Vice City game.
@@CousinBellic yeah haha
november 2020 trailer, 2021 release, cant wait!!!!!
@@pantera9189 I think the trailer will release after march 2021 and game in 2022 or 2023
MAD MAX OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! 40:03
This album is consistently good. I like the lyric-less quality too tbh.
also
I really love Lucario.
Well I know what the background soundtrack for my twitch tonight is going to be.
Do non car people freak out when you tell them you have a C4?
hahah. sometimes.
This will be the radio station of gta6

i am here listening to music in gta VI- vector hold confirmed that this songs wil make an appearance in GTA 6
💯
The Measerument of Time song does it have a sample of Skype calling sound?:DD
GTA 6 lets go!
mmm MMM good.
18.19 good sound for long way drive..
36:10 I loved
If only more people liked this music. Reminds me of com truise.
+Nicholas Caster The second to last track I'm definitely hearing the resemblance
The first music Base Guitar sounds very identical to the "Thraddash theme" from the game Star Control 2.
Isolation
I feel like this is what the Tron soundtrack should've been...
You know, as much as I love this album, and synthwave in general. I think Daft Punk did a really good job on the Tron soundtrack. Incognito is best!
Isolation is pretty good too.
What genre of music is this? I really love it
Synthwave
Ride the wave synthetico :|
Y E S ! ! !
I helped bring this sound back. Remember that.
More cowbell please
Which genre of music is this? Just synthwave?
+Lumpy Zelan Yes. Maybe Outrun, but most likely just synthwave.
Outrun is subgenre of synthwave tho. It's characterised by fast tempos and is almost always associated with car chases.
just found a few batteries for the keyboard!!!!!!!
I hope gta 6 will have a radio station like this.
Ready for GTA 6?
GTA 6 the billion dollar question
It's a TT mk.1 interior right? (not very retro if You ask me :D)
AxelPLasg Should have done the interior of a Testarossa, amirite?
Damn right ;]
Don't think so, the TT mk1 has two vents in the center, not three.
This is so ludicrously Jesper Kyd that I thought it came from the Sub Terrania Soundtrack.
Best track is _Deception_.
+Descalabro Holy cow.
Yeah.
Ojalá esta sea su banda sonora
51:38 - Some songs need more cowbell. Some songs don't need it at all.
somebody in 2020?
GTA 6 MUSIC
What's the name of this music genre???
SynthWave.
+Alexander Josue Guzman thanks man. I think I Found my kind of music..
+Gonzalo Dougan If I may recommend a few: Actrazer (how I found out about Synthwave), Mega Drive and (especially) Dance with the Dead.
+Loren Helgeson thanks man. Ive never heard actrazer. IM gonna check it out. Dance with the dead is awesome
+Gonzalo Dougan Trevor Something and Pertubator
look what I just found
GTA VI
27:10 reminds me of some pop song... what the hell is it? I wanna say u2 or something that gets a lot of radio play. at least in the US
maybe it reminds you u2 new year day...
that's it
GTA 6
GTA 6 sound
it's hard to get into this type of music is there's no singing
most of these artists music are instrumentals.
I would think the opposite. Instruments are always exactly as the artist intends them to be, vocalists have too many variables.
the only artist who managed find decent vocalists is Perturbator. The rest are 'meh' at best, cheesy af at worst. It's better this way imo
What's the car?
From what I gather from other comments, apparently it's an Audi TT mk1. Although because the vents don't line up (the mk1 has two not three) if it's an Audi I'm inclined to say it's the TT mk2.
Sweet, thanks! You know your cages.
yerpaljesus There's always more to learn, in fact I'm still not too sure. It's just so hard to tell from the picture. But I appreciate the compliment.
Sure thing. Drive safe my friend.
Gta 6
e__e..is that an Audi RS4?
GTA 6
