  • The Saramonic Blink500 B2+ is a new wireless dual mic system for $130, loaded with features. It has individual mic gains, dual output with real time audio monitoring, Lightning and USB-C connections to mobile devices, a charging case, and so much more. The one thing I didn't expect though, is something incredibly convenient when using IEMs and headphones on my PS5!

For some reason UA-cam was having issues with processing this video but it's sorted now. I was just too excited to share the PS5 bit, so the video had to drop tonight!! See you online, friends!

      Hope you’re well bro
I know this has nothing to do with this video, but I’m desperate for help
I got the Pulse Elite and I can’t figure out if I received a faulty one or not.
Left ear cup is significantly looser than the right. It’s really loose and has a lot of movement by just slightly shaking the headset compared to the right ear cup that’s solid and only moved when I physically move it.
I’m also getting that distorting crackling sound every time even with the slightest of strong bass hits and in COD MW3 when I kill an enemy and you get that sound effect it does the same and when there’s a bit of strong bass from grenades and kill streaks.
The imaging is also not better than the Nova 7, in fact when I swapped back to the Nova 7 I immediately felt like the imaging was better on the Nova 7
Has anyone else or you had the same issue?
I’m guessing I just got a faulty headset. It may be that the extremely loose left ear cup is causing a loose connection and as a result I’m getting that distorting crackling and also probably affecting the imaging, because while everyone’s hearing is different, there’s no way you and everyone else is going to say it has insane sound and imaging and my experience is going to be completely different

That’s what I like, that you do these reviews and videos because you like this stuff and care about what you’re using and what we are using, that you’re not available for the highest $ monetary bidder but so honest reviews

Hi, thanks for your review. Do you think the sound quality is as good as the B2 version? Do you still think B2+ is worth to buy? I'm thinking to get either B2 New Version or B2+. Thanks and much success!

Would the mic work in a surround sound / home theater environment or would it pick up all the game sound from the huge speakers?

I am interested in getting the Saramonic Blink 500 B2+, but I am facing one fear: the camera I use is the Panasonic Lumix-FZ 150 and that camera has a 2,5mm input, meaning that I would have to use an adapter allowing me to put 3,5mm cables into the camera. I do not know if the microphone will still work if I do so. Does anyone have experience?

Hey Joe what headset would you recommend purely for fps I have the maxwells and though I can hear lots of sounds I can’t pinpoint the directions. I also have the old arctis pros which are pretty good for directional audio but they are wired and Id a prefer wireless option. Watched your review on the A50x but it is very expensive $750 AUD…

Turtle Beach Stealth Pro or SteelSeires Nova Pro wireless would be my wireless picks for FPS.

This is a game changer, are there any other similar products that work on PS5? I really don’t like any of the current “best” gaming headset and how their mics sound

Haha no problem. Although it would be nice, I don’t accept any monetary exchange for content. I try to keep any financial incentive out of my coverage.

Unfortunately Xbox still too restrictive on their USB implementation...really pushing me to PS5 more now. The sheer amount of USB solutions I can utilize on PS5 just makes it hard to go back to Xbox and lose all the special functionality. Unless you buy special xbox hardware.

Right? It's sad that it runs on Microsoft software too, with loose ties to Windows. That all fully supports many audio options but Microsoft killed that support for no reason
