My solo day hike through Bear Canyon to Seven Falls located in Sabino Canyon Recreation Area near Tucson, Arizona. Which, some consider to be the best and most popular day hike around Tucson. Impressed with the combination of desert, mountains, flowing water and waterfalls.
As info, when our oldest son was stationed in the Army at nearby Ft. Huachuca in Sierra Vista, we went out to see him and his family. I hiked in the Huachuca mountains and very much enjoyed the views and scenery.

I think the Tonka Verde Falls are better a lot easier to get to that’s for sure, I’ve been to the Bear Canyon Falls around 15 or 18 years ago and it was nice but I still think Tonka Verde Falls are better but nice video you must’ve got tired, moving that camera around😊
Definitely not as long a hike. and sometimes more water over there. but another good hike for sure!
Another great hike Adam. It is barren but beautiful at the same time. I loved the waterfalls. I bet it is more spectacular in full flood. Still got a knee brace. Has it not healed well or is this a preventative measure? It was nice to see a vlog from you. It feels like ages since the last one. I really enjoyed this one. Yes I imagine it would be even more awesome earlier in the season with more water. That's my activity brace. It's what allows me to hike at all. I have to wear it during physical activity for years. Not a sign of anything bad. I don't where it when I'm not hiking! It has been a while since the last proper video because I've gotten too caught up in tryin gout the shorts video and Instagram stuff. But a good string of regular videos are on the way starting tomorrow!
