I have watched this video dozens of times, before working out. These two years have been very hard in my life. I have been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and Generalized Anexity. When I lived in my home city I was getting therapy and on medication, but most importantly working out. Those were the best times of my life. I miss them dearly. When I move back home I will continue watching this video and getting the help I need.

Do the sport first thing in the morning after you guys wake up. Then go cold showering. After that eat, work and do the rest of the day the things you wanted to. If you are too tired to do it then drink coffee (max. caffeine intake over the day is 400mg)

This was the first ever anime I have watched. My father was a heavy alcoholic, I had a crush on this girl at my school who rejected me because I was poor and at school I use to get bullied frequently.
