I have watched this video dozens of times, before working out. These two years have been very hard in my life. I have been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and Generalized Anexity. When I lived in my home city I was getting therapy and on medication, but most importantly working out. Those were the best times of my life. I miss them dearly. When I move back home I will continue watching this video and getting the help I need.

This video reminded me of how much I'm slacking in my training. I'm not eating enough, training enough and during the quarantine i had been very mentally and physically lazy. I will change tommorrow.
Do the sport first thing in the morning after you guys wake up. Then go cold showering. After that eat, work and do the rest of the day the things you wanted to. If you are too tired to do it then drink coffee (max. caffeine intake over the day is 400mg)
Start eating only fats, proteins and greens.... U won't fall asleep... Avoid sugar, carbs and seed oils.. It literally changed my body, mind and life... Now i feel much better and stronger.. Its not how much ... Or what u eat... Its what u dont eat..

I'm a 56 year old man watching this in 2024. To me, this is more than a corny action anime. I think Baki's training and experience is representative of the fear-of-failure, that we ALL face😰! In order to overcome it, we HAVE to embrace the suffering that comes with hard work. We MUST be consistent, remain focused and driven, then finally, talk ourselves into jumping off that cliff (figuratively speaking, of course😅)! We're far more resilient than we realize. I have watched this video dozens of times, before working out. These two years have been very hard in my life. I have been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and Generalized Anexity. When I lived in my home city I was getting therapy and on medication, but most importantly working out. Those were the best times of my life. I miss them dearly. When I move back home I will continue watching this video and getting the help I need.

I'm a 56 year old man watching this in 2024. To me, this is more than a corny action anime. I think Baki's training and experience is representative of the fear-of-failure, that we ALL face😰! In order to overcome it, we HAVE to embrace the suffering that comes with hard work. We MUST be consistent, remain focused and driven, then finally, talk ourselves into jumping off that cliff (figuratively speaking, of course😅)! We're far more resilient than we realize.
