Sweet Tea Mule!

Here's another great cocktail for the Spring/Summer Cocktail Series! This one comes from Southern Living and because it has ginger beer I had to give it a try! This is a really good refreshing cocktail and it's a bulk recipe! That's right make this and you can serve up to 8 cocktails at your next cookout!
Here's what you need:
1 (12oz) bottles or cans of ginger beer (I used Goslings)
4 1/2 cups of unsweetened tea
3/4 cup (6oz) of bourbon
1/3 cup of simple syrup
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (2 limes)
Here's how to make it:
Stir together all ingredients in a 2-3 qt pitcher. Fill 8 highball glasses or mule mugs with ice and pour in the cocktail and garnish with a lime wheel or lime wedge, I used a combination of lime and lemon.
