Nonsense. Ever hear of Tim Donaghy and the NBA rigging scandal? Tim deliberately made bad calls in favor of the team he bet against (bet on them losing as he ref'd the game) before making the decisive bad call(s) against them to make his team win. It was done as cover that he was not deliberately favoring the team he secretly bet on by the "balanced" bad calls but of course, the bad calls for the "opposing" team were never decisive for the game outcome. Refs are well aware of how people try to judge them on fairness and get be very very sneaky about it if they ever decided to rig a game.

@@jharp08 The defender did interfere with Rice on 4th and 16 to lose the game. Also, the fumble by Burrow that resulted in a scoop and score also hurt the Bengals. Just have to clean those up. The game was competitive and the team had heart compared to last week so that’s a positive to look forward to for next week.
