WOW this is impressive. I worked in construction in in the U.S. for 45 years and this is being built to very high standards. no skimping on quality means a long life with minimal maintence needed.

We need so many more, and nicer, animal shelters in this world with caring staff and volunteers. So many people are not adopting or fostering and too many pet owners are abandoning their pets that existing shelters are overfilled and have to euthanize otherwise healthy animals. I can't adopt or foster, so I volunteer and donate a little every month since every cent to these animals in need is a matter of life and deth. Saving lives is definitely a collective effort. Many thanks and blessings to all animal rescuers and donors.

Please help whoever can. There are now a lot of stray dogs in Ukraine because of the war, many people have died and old people are not able to help animals. They somehow live on their own.
