We got ours 2 months ago, love it. Very happy we got the fireplace, easily heats the trailer without using the furnace!

Your reviews are among the best on UA-cam. You cover all of the important aspects of each RV, talk about options and ways of using each one. By the end of the video, I feel that I really understand how each camper could be used and what options are availableto the buyer. Bravo!!!

Just checking out the new model here, I have an 2013 25rds Timber ridge as well and i can say its now 10 years old and still the best RV I've ever owned, Hands down the best lay out, well made , functionable trailer i have had. ( ihave own 6 different trailers/5th wheels) these pull nice with a 3/4 ton truck no problem. My furnace circuit board went bad on me last fall and was three days without a furnace at -6c outside and the trailer never got below +9c on the inside, so a good test to how well insulated these trailer are. I Love it and if your thinking about buying one you'll not be disappointed in one of these trailers. Thanks for the great tour.

Simply SUPERB! Highly recommend that OutdoorsRV return to the front windshield in the bedroom as soon as supply issues improve. But this rear dinette is FABULOUS and really MAKES this particular model. Thank you so big for the showing, will in Florida

We are finishing up our second full season in the 2021 version of this trailer and we absolutely love it. The rear window offers a great view and plenty of light. The rear dinette makes sense because you can enjoy the view as well as be a part of whatever else is going on inside the trailer. Plus the view isn’t wasted on chairs facing into the trailer. (There’s also a small shelf behind the cushions on both sides of the dinette that are surprisingly useful.) We used to look for pull through sites with our old trailer but now we choose sites based on what we'll see out the back window. I'm a little surprised about the strong opinions regarding the tv location. It’s a non-issue because it can be pulled out and angled towards the couch/theater seats. The theater seats can be moved out a little if you find it necessary.
Everything about this trailer is well thought out. We’re looking forward to many years in the 25rds.

How could anyone see the TV from the theatre chairs?

The build quality looks top-notch. This was one of our favorites when we were shopping for our new trailer. Only wish these had a whiter/brighter colorway inside rather than the brown colors. But overall a beautiful unit.

ORV needs to make a 25RLS with the seating in the rear and the dinette in the slide. That way you can watch TV straight on. The rear area on the 25RDS is really big and would accommodate a theater sofa or two nice recliners that you wouldn't have to spin sideways every time you leave camp.

Not the best placement for the TV, otherwise nice features. Always enjoy the videos, like model and trim comparisons.

I love this Manufacturer of Rvs. I was already to buy a lance 2465 but not anymore. The design and build quality is far superior in the Outdoor RV product line
    I do have 3 questions
    1) Are the door locks keyless or traditional key
    2) why is the heating ducts in the floor. Seems to me that the better units have gone away with this ducting style
    3) I live in Pittsburgh and my nearest dealer would be in Texas. Are more dealerships coming out East. I love Thomson Rv and wish they were out here but since they are not who would handle warranty work.
Keep up the great vids. Throughly enjoy them

A lot of RV engineers/designers do not think of a good and proper view angle to the tv and seating arrangements for those times when you are inside.

We like this model in a Timber Ridge Mountain. Wonder when the next build cycle is, and when do we have to put in an order? I'm sure orders are probably stacked close to max.

This particular floor plan will be built early 2023. Orders need to be in roughly 6-7 months in advance to guarantee getting a trailer! Thanks!

It’s been discontinued for the time being. The 26KVS also has a walk through bathroom.

It's nice that the manufacturer puts all the plumbing inside the frame and encloses the pipes. However, I spent a winter in a fifth wheel a few years back. My rig wasn't as well apportioned, and one morning the temperatures had dropped to -6°F. I figured out that I had a problem when I got out of bed and tripped over the dog's water bowl. It was frozen solid and stuck to the floor. Everything was one solid block of ice. Even the propane tanks were frozen. I had to bring them inside and fire up some electric space heaters. It was too late to do anything about the drains. End result? I will never spend a winter in an RV again!

      @thompsonrvinc  2 роки тому +2

We’ve camped below zero and never froze up in an Outdoors RV! Unfortunately, most trailers are not built to handle those temps…

This is a very nice floor plan! Would you recommend a single rear wheel 3/4 ton gas P/U for towing or could a heavy half haul it?

Just going to say the obvious... terrible design if watching TV is important to you. I'm sure some people wouldn't care, but we like to watch football if it's raining or movies at night and my God could they have put the tv in a worse spot? Lol

I wish ORV would just stop making Mountains. I got one in the 22FQS because it was all I could find, but for a company that only makes 2500 units a year, it’s a waste to not just make all Titaniums. The leveling alone is silly to not get, but they also cheat you out of a few other things like backup lights and they give you an undersized air conditioner as well, very petty. It almost feels like they punish you for having the audacity to not get a titanium. As for the front window, that’s a major concern if yours breaks now, unless they’ve got a substantial stock of replacements, which I doubt.

    • @thompsonrvinc

We do almost all Titanium Series! We are really hoping that the Titanium trim will also be available on the Back Country Series at some point!
