TVC is really not a Tv station. I really dont know how people watch this crap. Two different judgements from two courts and Judges. In the first case, it was the delegates that challenged the primary of the PDP, where Justice Ekwo made a pronouncement that the delegates should not be excluded from the primaries. The question is do delegates have the locus to challange a party primary as it is purely an internal affair of the party, the second judgement from Justice Omotosho says Philip Shaibu has no legal right to challange the primary as he did not take part in it, and the PDP candidate Asue Ighodalo remains the valid candidate and moreso on the account of forgery of INEC card, the plaintiff, Philip Shaibu failed to prove the card was forged, and moreover that's not a perquisite to contest elections in Nigeria. Very simple and succinct judgements that TVC cannot break down or explain, Philip Shaibu is a rable rouser. TVC is a paid channel for the APC to do their hatchet job of poor media communication and bias.
