Please do more of these thrift clothing videos. It helps viewers see what we can do with our clothing budgets and how to look for quality pieces. I suggest pulling up designer looks and trying to recreate them in thrifted pieces. What about styling your mom or friends with different body types? I LOVED this video so so much. It felt very relatable 😍. Plus shopping these store helps local economies, helps the charity they support, and keeps wonderful clothing out of landfills. I could see this being a monthly content piece for you. ♥️

So glad you enjoyed shopping! I am a volunteer at The Cottage sorting and hanging the clothes! So fun working there. And they do such great work for their clients!
I introduced my granddaughters 14 and 22 to Thrift stores a few years ago. At first, they were not the least interested in going. But once I got them there - they were hooked!!! I also volunteer with a small group that provides prom dresses to girls that can not afford them. We shop the thrift stores for our inventory- we find such a wide range of sizes for the girls to select from. It's so rewarding for your own soul but it's beyond emotional to see the girls look in the mirror and see just how beautiful they are. And keeping in mind these gorgeous gowns came from a thrift store!!
Am a thrifter myself since i can imagine and often go to thrift stores to unwind and de-stress. Retail therapy has become therapeutic for me and it addresses my fashionista side. Kudos to all these thrift stores for bringing in more goods than one can imagine. This is truly my happy place. So glad that Dominique Sasche is sharing this side of her to her followers like me.

Hey Dominique! Fellow thrifter and Texan here. Please make "Thrifty Thursday" a repeat for your videos. Like yourself, can I pay retail? Yes I can, but I had rather save my $$$ and purchase resale. There are so many great places to shop if you look for them. Great video! Love all the fab finds.
My son's college roommate is from Houston and was with us here in Omaha over holiday break for a few days. His dad owns thrift stores in Texas and now Arizona. It was so interesting to hear about some of the great things his dad has collected over the years. He said leather and denim are huge sellers.

I was just amazed at how everything you liked and tried on fit pretty much to a tee. If that were me, I might have one thing that would have fit out of that pile of wonderful clothing! Short girls hate to go shopping. 🙄😂. It was fun to watch. You sure got a bargain!

I was introduced to thrifting in the 80's when we lived in Dallas - a friend took me to a consignment store in Highland Park - It was died & gone to Heaven for me - I loved Ralph Lauren & they always had some - I still wear those treasures & have been thrifting ever since - still loving the thrill of the hunt!! I have been thrifting since my early 20's. I am now 61 and I still love it. In fact, most of my wardrobe is thrifted. I always find designer and premium brand clothing. The trick is to stick to classics and maybe a few trends thrown in. I also looove vintage. Fashion is a creative outlet for me.

This inspired me to hit up my local thrift store. I was in need of some sweaters for my trip to Utah. I found 5 amazing, lightly used, and expensive sweaters 3 pairs of boots, 2 pairs of jeans (one pair had tags on for $145) All for $44! I was so impressed ❤

I loved this too! I don’t live in Houston but my bestie does and we hit up ALL the great consignment stores there. Houston has so many and I ship so much home. I have a rule though ... when something comes in my closet ... somethings got to go. If the item is in good shape, it goes to the consignment store.
