Y’all need to grab some treats and get the cow to trust y’all. Have him come up to y’all instead of forcing him. He might always run from y’all if y’all do it that way.
They weren’t forcing him.
@@nancyfarkas3592 forcing sounds harsh. I didn’t mean it like that. But Having an animal on a leash not letting it come and go when it wants might not help “tame” him. Instead, building trust and having it OFF a leash and letting it come up to get a treat and pet seems like it would be more effective.
Bushwhacker needs a bigger halter. You should be able to get two adult fingers between.
Bushwhacked halter is growing fast check the halter to see if it not to tight. Brandon you and Lathen can use a long line that is clipped to the halter then are the lead in front of the chest up around the back under the tail and encourage the calf to move forward. The other kids should not try lead the calf . When it pulls away and they let go they are teaching it a bad habit this is his 4 H project so he is the only one with his dads help that needs to put a lead on the calf. Just helping him out. ❤❤❤
I agree during training only Leighton should be working on lead training....A calf needs to learn what the pressure of the lead is...
In addition most show calfs are raised in a stall for training purposes ❤
Hope Y'all get good news from Kayson's Dr visit. Good to know it was only a sonic boom. Kayson did a great job helping you with the animals. GOD BLESS Y'ALL.
Bushwhacker should still be on milk replacement until he's at least 6months old, just a bucket of watered milk will work
Kayson is so good with the animals. It is really nice to see you both walking together visiting the animals. Blessings to you all. ❤
Those hens need nesting boxes. They don't even have straw to sleep on.
Love hearing Kayson tell us about his chickens ❤
Chocolate and vanilla
Kayson you are a Superstar. You brighten a freezing cold night here in the UK 🇬🇧. God bless you & family 🤗🙏
Larger donkeys would be great protectors for your farm against predators
Thanks Stephanie it was fun. Glad you figured out what the boom was. Kayson is having a blast on that farm and we're having one just watching. Hope everything went ok at the Dr with Kayson. ❤ Thank you Stephanie. I Always look forward to yours and Brandons videos.
I hope Leighton can get Bushwacker all tamed up before he gets bigger 🐄 he sure is a cute boy 💜💜💜
What a wonderful mother! ❤
Kayson is such a good helper. It's so nice that he's helping his big brother Leighton with taming Bushwacker. I think you should call the 3 donkeys, Larry, Moe, and Curly, like the 3 stooges 😃. Thanks for another great walk amongst the critters Stephanie and Kayson, I so enjoyed it 😊 Love and Blessings to you all ❤ 🙌 Jennifer
Kayson has grown and improved so much since you moved from the city to the farm. He is so smart. ❤❤❤❤
I hope you don't have to get rid of the donkeys! They love you all!
I love seeing you and Kayson having so much fun and hearing him laugh. Love the walk and talk while you take me along to visit the animals. ❤❤
I got tiered of dragging hoses around I finally got some drums and put spouts on them It saves me time and hassle from dragging the hose. Jayson is such a sweetheart.
He is so cute that little man kayson ❤ so good with his chickens
Please keep the donkies they are so friendly and hey do have a good home with your family.❤❤😊
Keep the mules best watch dogs , those are good natured too, they seem happy in that area, just leave them for now
Alawys enjoy your interaction with the children. You are always so patient and kind to everyone.
He’s adorable, and learning on his own trying.
Sonic booms were very common when i was young. You don't hear them very often these days due to various reasons like the newer designs of planes and air speed regulations.
Great video steffanie have a great day
I love those KFC moments. Each of the kids has their own personality. Braylee does the cute things really well. Leighton has the tough guy farmer thing down. Addison has the girlie thing. But Captain Kayson? No-one makes me smile and laugh as much as that dude. His determination to please makes him pure entertainment. I don't want to have a favourite among the kids but Kayson just makes it so hard not to.
Love you Kayson. 🐓💖
Love you all. ❤🔥
Kayson sure puts himself into his chickens! He is so sweet 🐔🐔🐔🐔
❤💙💚💜💛💖
Another Great Day At Life On The Eddy Family Farm 🚜

😊
Bushwacker needs his halter loosing a bit...can see the marks on his nose and definitely to tight underneath..
I would try to keep them if I could and if I were you. donkeys are great protectors of your animals and since you have so many and you’re gonna have to divide your goats up eventually from doelings, bucks and mamas you’ll have donkeys for each pasture
Hi Kayson and Stephanie
You def need to get a larger more adjustable halter for Bushwhacker. That one is too tight on his head. He is growing fast
The bigger donkeys are really good at keeping predators away. They earn their keep. ❤❤❤
Hi Steph and Kayson
You got to making some rain barrels to feed the chickens certain areas what you gotta put water if you don’t have enough hose, rainwater and buckets with hose you don’t need a big one you can get it off when it rains off the chicken coop. This an idea I mean I know you may not rain that much, butjust collecting some of that water and don’t have to keep going back-and-forth with the hoses. Just a thought because that’s what I’m doing at work. I need water.
Kayson is helping out alot taking care of y'alls animals he loves to help you out Stephanie
Love the video! God Bless!
Hope everything went well with Kayson’s Doctors appointment.
Kayson definitely loves his chickens what a sweet boy he is such a big helper to his mom so cute of Badger following you guys Bushwacker is sure getting big ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Steph, your son is really enjoying himself today helping Mom, and being with the animals away from school because of his doctor appointment.
We've had an awful lot of sonic bomb's reference to military testing. Were up in Byars, not too far from y'all.
The kids are all exciting to watch love seeing them helping out bless you all hope you find out who the mean person who l et tour animals out
Jayson is such a handsome young man, God shine His face upon him🌺🏝️🍍❤️✝️🇺🇸🤙🏽
Bushwhacker looking good - his halter looks like it’s getting small.
Stephanie, it’s always fun to go on the walk and talks with you around the farm and see the animals. Kayson was having a good time. I’m glad to hear that the loud noise was a sonic boom and not something where there was potential for someone being hurt. I’ve heard many sonic booms in my life from living near Air Force bases when they were testing jets back in the day. The booms are quite loud! Best wishes to you and your family and animals on your farm.
Glad you figured out the BOOM! I remember hearing sonic booms a lot when I was young, not so much anymore. Either they don't happen where I am currently living or I just don't notice. 💖💖💖
We used to have them all the time.
Ours were from the air force jets traveling faster than the speed of sound. It rattled the windows.
Somehow, they don’t occur anymore.
Walk closer to his head and walk beside his will work better. Put him in a pen by himself and sit down and he will come to you for loving and treats😊
Steph I live across the highway from Hill afb in Utah . The jets fly almost every day here and sometimes we get sonic booms . Scares the crap out of us
I would keep the big donkeys. They are sweet
Goodness Kayson you have a lot of different varieties of chickens.
I love the donkeys
Your hair looks good in a pony tail.😊😍🥰😉🫠🙃🙂👍🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶💪
❤❤❤Sonic booms are when an airplane breaks the sound barrier Steph
I think it would be awesome for kason to pull a cart with the dokey so he can sit in the riders seat 💜✝️💜
Yall should have treats in your pockets when walking and greeting of your animals
We had a refinery blow up in the 50’s. You could see the red glow in the distance. My parents thought the Russians were bombing Charleston. We also had real load sonic booms from the jets on the air force base.
good day for you all had a good time mom and son hugs frompam and john
When I was about 14/15 (in the late 60s) we used to have sonic booms regularly and low flying jets during the day.
Hey Kayson, name the chocolate orbingtons “Hershey & Nestle “ ❤
How bout naming the Donkeys “ Red, White, & Blu”
And the 2 big Donkeys call “ Liberty & Freedom “ 🇺🇸
Glad you found out what the explosion was. Bushwhacker is too funny. Good video..💞🎄💞
Enjoy watching your videos and seeing all the animals ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Great video
love our talks with Kayson
Kayson I loved seeing you feeding your chickens ❤🦃🐐🐖🐔🐓
I used to hear sonic booms a lot when I was a kid in the 60s, when we lived in Massachusetts. They made the windows rattle. I also once heard an oil tanker explode in the Philadelphia harbor in 1973, when i was a teenager. That sound was way worse than a sonic boom and made me think our country was under attack.
The chocolates could be named Cocoa and Puffs 😊. Becky H.
the halter on the calf is getting tighter so we can see he is growing. are you going to keep him a bull? He needs a friend.
We have sonic booms from the jets flying from Luke Air Force not far from were we live. Everyone loves seeing our Jets flying because we know they will be the ones to defend us.
I don't think I would get rid of the bigger donkeys, Steph. They are great protectors. I know you have the dogs, and little donkeys in with most of the goats, but with them being outside of the goat pen, they are kind of a outer perimeter guard against larger predators. Not telling y'all what to do, just sharing a perspective that y'all might not have thought about.
It looks like Bushwhackers halter is getting a little tight on his nose. It may be soon for him to get a new one.
Not sure if you are aware,,,but the thick hair on the donkeys are their winter coat. Don't pull it out or brush it out.
I love that Kayson baby! I thought Taco Casa was only in Alabama! I do know that’s where it originated! I don’t care for it, I guess because I worked there. My kids love it though! Lots of prayers for y’all! Love and blessings from this old Bama girl!❤❤❤
A sonic boom is where an aircraft travels faster than the speed of sound appx 750 miles above sea level.
Hope Cayson’s doctors appointment went well
Sonic booms were banned in Oklahoma years ago. Any military plane has to have permission like flying an air show etc to do it. So your info or guess is wrong.. My dad was Air Force, I live a mile from Tinker AFB in their flight line.
Love the video Steph love to all ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🦃🦃🐓🐓🐐🐐🐟🐟
I think if you connect all the dog panels you could end up with a extra coop
Bushwacker has became my favorite ,,🥰
Bushwacker is getting better letting you pet him glad the goats get over the pink eye you all take real good care of your animals love your family ❤
Thanks for sharing!💜🙏🏼
Y'all work just like we do! Nice
Love your videos and enjoy watching them every time. May the lord bless and protect you and your family and the animals. The lord will guide you and Brandon and will be at your side always
Hey Steph, and Kayson been missing you guys❤❤❤❤❤
Ask Kayson if he'll name the chocolates Coco and Puff. He sure loves his chickens.
may the news you get from the Dr be good Kayson news. Thanks for letting us know what the noise was. I was watching your video when it happened. I love the walks you take so we can see all the animals.Blessing sent to the Eddy Family🤗💕💙
Kason 😂is so cute and growing up.❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hey Kayson, you could name the chocolate chickens, Hershey and Chocolate.
I don’t know if you knew it or not but cows don’t kick back they kick on the side, so watch out on the side of a cow don’t stand behind a horse or donkey they do kick back
That was a sweet video of you and Kayson. He's such a good boy! Very relaxed now after watching this. Thank you Steph!
The donkeys could be called Bonnie and Clyde. Kayson has grown so much with having his chickens and helping with the other animals.
Hi Stephanie
Thank you for sharing. Love and Blessings to you all.
❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏 Doris, Penrith 🇦🇺🦘
I am so impressed with Kysan's progress on speech and he I being so helpful around the farm! So proud of him. Keep it up buddy, I see how much better you are doing!
Are y’all going to breed Dixie again ? And if not how will you prevent it ? I think she’s finally recovered from her litter it would be hard in her to have another so soon ..
maybe Marie &William would want the bigger donkeys
I did not see your Gray Turkey, do you still have him? I seen him , he must of been hiding.
I free feed my chickens but each grown chicken needs 1/2 to 1 cup of feed per day...just my opinion ❤
If you know someone that rides horses or donkeys they could come and see how easy the donkeys are to handle and ride for you. I think your kids would enjoy riding them if they are suitable.
Kay son is such a neat kid. Love how he is so happy and helpful.
If you haven't named the 2 donkeys that are outside the pen, how about Bobby & Sue? Like the song... Just a suggestion. Love you guys
