its from the album "progressive euphoria" this is a remix by santuary called sanctuary mix. the album is mixed by john00flemming. you can buy the album on amazon. its a "progressive" mix from about 2000 or 2001 or sometime round then. it sounds the way it does because of the style of the remix - progressive. hope that helps.
