Actors won't necessarily move to Texas. They typically live elsewhere regardless of where they are filming, so their political views won't have an impact on Texas. As it is, Texas is already getting a flood of Democrats from all over the country bringing their Marxists votes with them so we have that to contend with either way.

I had a chance to meet him very very briefly aboard the USS Iowa which is now a museum in San Pedro. He was there at a Veterans Benefit and he was performing with Robby Krieger performing a a short set. I recognized him *very tall like myself as he walked shoulder to shoulder and looked me right in the eye then i recognized him. comical internally kinda...lol I thanked him for donating his time to the event. I can tell you his reply was warm and genuine. peace and love everyone.

I live in Central Nebraska in a town of 156 people. We all know each other and we take care of one another. We use the barter system so every shares with each other. We have a post office and a bar thats it. I learned how to drive when i was 7 years old with a john deer tractor. For our whole county we have 1 sheriff and two deputies. The only crime here is driving over the speed limit. The sheriff knows each and one of us and its normal if your outside and walter "the sheriff " to have him stop and chit chat. Its normal to invite the sheriff or the two deputies into your house for a cup of coffee. We have all four seasons here and I love it. It makes you feel alive. I bought a house in town 2 years ago its got 3 rooms and only cost 28 grand. I take care of my 90 year old grandpa, he lives with me. My family wants to keep him out of an old folks home. His favorite thing to do is drive in the country and read the newspaper while i drive. Our town is literallly surronded with corn fields. You wouldnt know it but most of the farmers here are millionairs and they dont mind getting dirty. When your spending 800 grand on a new combine you have to work hard and have the money to back it up. Around here its who you are not what you are that counts. During harvest every one pitches in. I usually help by pulling the grain cart with a powerfull john deer. We work from sun up and through the night harvesting corn or beans. Basically go until the job is done. I went to college in Phoenix for five years and once i got my degree i got out of that noisy chaotic city and worked on the farm. The city was just to crammed and i will never live in a city again. We have one highway and the rest is gravel roads you have to pay attentjon on your driving gravel because you could end up in the ditch. You can take me out of the country but you cant take the country out of me. This is home sweet home, i will never move out.

I’m sure there’s a lot of Texans that would not like this, and I can see why; this will be a double-edged sword, should it come to fruition. At one point Orlando FL was going to be "the new Hollywood". Universal had sound stages there. The Disney/MGM Studios were constructed for movies AND TV production. There was at least one independent studio (Chapman/Leonard) in town. How did all that work out? Last time I looked, not to good.
Texas already has a lot of skilled workers in the video and film crew industry, it's also non-Union if I recall correctly, which can be a big draw. So while some CA folks would come with a film crew, not all of them will be from CA, NY or other film related states.
