We have ordered vertical blinds for windows and a sliding door in the past over several months as funds permitted. Then we added an addition with a bay window and purchased rolling blinds for those. Every order, despite having multiple orders over time, has been easy and seamless with perfect fit and easy installation. That kind of consistency and customer care has always been important, but even more now with so many businesses continuing to use covid, supply chains, and lack of willing workers as excuses to avoid proper customer service. Thank you for continuing to please us with your product.
