1995 haas vf1 troubleshoot spindle orientation alarm

This machine had a issue with the spindle not stopping during orientation in a tool change. It would continue to click and go around till it alarmed out. The issue was a worn out shot pin wheel. The shot pin wheel was not lined up correctly and prematurely worn out the lower corners of the shot pin wheel.
