There's virtually nothing bad to say about these guys. They're the most loyal of minions while making evil Power Rangers/Sailor Scouts/Ninja Turtles/w.e. seem badass yet menacing. If it weren't for Goku, the Ginyus would have won.

If you told someone 100 years ago a piece of glass could show images 120 times a second they would think you were insane. It’s very much possible for AI to do this, and thinking otherwise is either coping or doing the exact same thing these people did.
These guys needs a story on how they started the criminal career and met and joined Frieza. An alternate story of redemption could be a thing, however they are so mad and narcisistic that i find It really hard; if they got a chance to turn good they would stop goofing?

I actually like the goofiness of Ginyu Force, completely out of context for a serious arch, adds some comicity; It also annoys me how Frieza treata them compared to other minions.
