This is a deleted not featured in any of the releases. It includes Jeff talking about how he received a guitar pick from Mick Jagger corneey.com/qAYOJ3
This scene was great, come on, who does not love The Rolling Stones; there was not much space in the film, and this scene fitted very well ... In the 80s Mick Jagger regained respect as in 1964
The edited version (that aired on tv channels with the profanity removed) contains this scene, but I guess the theatrical version that is on the DVD's Streaming platforms does not. I noticed some scenes missing as well on the theatrical version, but on the local tv channels or cable channels like TBS SuperStation some of these scenes were included. So I remember recording BOTH copies years ago because of this.
Ok that's it. I'm going through all of these deleted scenes and telling you which ones were in the theatrical release. I remember it well. This was definitely in the movie.
the newer dvd (photo above) is the 1:29 plus they added dts sound on that......the older cover is longer (both dvds still have commentary) .....so,i need to watch them both to see what is cut !!.....but this video is not on ether dvd !!
ok,found the problem, the older dvd has 7mins of black screen with commentary at the end of the creditis.......so the run time is 1:37......so,the newer dvd cut that black screen......making run time 1:30 with creditis........so it looks like they both have the same run time ....ps-the 7min black screen does come back on the new dvd (on a diffent track, but it is still there on the dvd)
I recall this scene from Cable TV years ago. Too bad it got cut.
I remember this scene too. This movie should've been 2 hours
