Step into the Bluegrass world my friend. It’s a whole other ball game 😂. It’s basically hillbilly jazz and it’s fucking so fun to play. I was similar to you and heard some Bluegrass stuff and it changed everything.

Yeah me either… I’ve been playing a little bit longer. Almost gave up on playing guitar all together. Tried getting back into playing, blues wasn’t doing it, tried getting back into jazz, even my old 80’s metal days was doing it for me.
Then finger style gave me a little spark, that lead to listening to some flatpickers, and now the spark has grown bigger. Now playing guitar has become exciting and fun again.
