- As useless as 1 stars are in Arkngihts, they are still operators, and still deserve to be looked at.
U-Official is a funny addition to the game, and I am very happy that we can finally have her.

I've seen a level clear that actually uses her...
...basically, she gets used to buy the sniper a few more seconds to build SP, to activate skill
i ended up using her in Desihn of Strife A-3 to give Cuora a break from tanking the Dublinn elites
In fact 1* units are actually useful (well, at least 3 of them including U-official)
THRM-EX is great for 30% Fragile effect. Good against bosses.
Castle-3 is great for 20% ATK&DEF buff for everyone on the map after deployment. Same, good against bosses.
But those dudes are hard to get P6 of. And you may have better options in case if map has more than 8 deployment limit.
And U-official 7.5 seconds stun is actually pretty long + useful to put on the ground flying enemies once.

Honestly in IS she has EVEN MORE tech, because she has such a beefy stun on a turn fairly big aoe, this means if you get a bunch of the CC extenders and DoT on CC (and past that the arts damage boosters) she can be turned into a once per stage tactical nuke
Stack the two stun extenders and two of the weaker DoT relics and it's what, 27 second stun and 46k arts damage? Nothing short of a boss is coming back from that.
I still feel that 1 stars should be fast deploys since most of them work like powerups
I think the fact they ignore deployment limit is already really powerful (though that doesn’t really make sense on U-Official bc she’s not a robot 😂)

Lets be real... All the 1 Stars are awesome units, with a high lerning curve and used for highly precise clears, and even hace some top tier use in the base.... And U-official Is like the exception that confirms the rule
0:44 she actually is genuinely good in IS4, she gets picked as the 0 hope starter even in D15

I used her to ground the flying manta rays in IS3.
Symmetrical effects like U-Official are cool, I want AK to have more of them

I used Castle-3 in my CC11 clear. It did 3 jobs simultaneously:
Buffed my ops slightly to do enough damage to make it harder for me to screw up the timing, making my run more consistent.
Slightly stalls and pushed back an enemy.
Removes one of those floats allowing the enemy to enter the water faster

The robots saved my starts on several occasions, i think that you are understating them. Just one tactical placement can make an entire strat work
If I had a nickel for each Arknights content creator that talked about Needy Streamer Overload, I'd have two nickels. Which isn't much, but it's strange that it happened twice

really fun to use meta operator with 7.5 second 8 tile stun, slightly worse than kafka but kafka has 5* hope cost, she will still be used for CC because not everybody has kafka
The only true cc operator stuns literally everyone in her range, unlike tue coinflip conviction, only having a 50% chance to stun allies
Shes a stun grenade, the IS stun grenade got isekai'd to the canon game as an girl streamer
What I end up understanding is that yes or yes U-Official is 100% META and I must always take myself to difficult operations, especially those involving a BOSS.🚬🗿

She's a one time 3x3 stun bomb that acts like a lesser perfumer talent for me tbh, I always take her in a map when I don't need full ops because I will have extra passive healing for everyone in her range
the healing may be weak but the only real cost to use it is the ranged tile they occupy
Unfortunately, lancet. The one usage case is to heal an emnity operator for one slug hit every 2 minutes

I can see that she's okay in kazimierz zone and to zones where you need to scan civillians.
Don't forget if you like U Official you need to pull for her second biggest fan, Hoederer
1 stars are good for IS, mr splodey bot has gotten me through a few close calls.
We should deploy more streamers onto active battlefields, just in general
She is the best choice to easily kill lord duck and the crying dog in IS
U-official are the Projekt Red Stun button for people who never get her

Using *1 unir properly is the difference between casual and minmaxer. But HG need to do something with *2 man. There is no realistic usage of them apart from extreme cases where you need a low cost 3 blocker unit. And even that Friston can somewhat replace noir corne.

Bruh am i the only one that gets sad reading the endings of her streaming disaster :/
I was shocked, she never wins, but it's good writting
I feel like the canon ending for her is the "extraordinary girl" ending since its the only one where shes hired by Rhodes Island
Of course all endings arent sunshine and rainbows, this is Arknights afterall. So some misfortune has to befall on poor Eureka.

Hymn of Battle VS Wish of Burial Beyond the Light has 100% of Sora's ATK VS 60% of Skadi Alter's ATK.
With trust bonus and S2M3, Sora gives 385 ATK to allies and heals at that same 10%
60% of 418 is about 251. And Skalter would heal for 10% of that
The attitude of "higher rarities are always better in all situations" shouldn't apply to a game like AK, thank god. Though admittedly I'm more of a Heidi enjoyer than a Sora one on stages with mostly ranged tiles lolz.
Skalter's infinite duration is undeniably better in like 90% of situations, but Sora does have numbers to prove that people who act like she doesn't exist or is unusuable don't know what they're talking about
