Im doing every full tough mudder in the uk this year for help for heroes charity, im also documenting my weight loss and overall fitness for it.
Im also going to be recording each event with my go pro, along with my training sessions.

YourGirlSudanny Pretty good. I made it through every obstacle and actually ran the whole thing. I can't wait to do it again. My Arctic Emina ran out of ice and just felt like all the other water obstacles.

Ohh check you out! That sounded like some badass training and preparation. Mine is exactly 2 months away now & I haven't done much. Fingers crossed I come out alive haha

no you go straight into water which will extinguish the fire. you will be going fast as well which reduces the chance of the fire actually getting you. also you hair would probably me wer

I'm an introvert and have no idea what your comment means. Physical effort and teamwork aren't traits exclusive to extroverts.
I find this funny bc that is how i actually thought before i started, but then i got stuck in the mud up to the thigh with a 30lbs bucket of gravel, random people stopped to pull me up, pulled me up on 7ft walls and helped me down when also stuck at the top of the inclined wall. And so many instances that random strangers and racers cheer for you and even hug you. Obstacle courses are overwhelming i so many ways :)
No need to worry. Tough Mudder is just as much about team spirit and helping others as it is about the physical and muddy challenge. Anyone not looking out for others and asissting when they can is not doing it right. Many of the obstacles are next to impossible without the help of others. Makes no difference if they are your friends or complete strangers. People WILL help. That's the nature of it. It brings people together.
