Mike is 52 and still does 4 plates on each side incline bench press. Damn. I first started to watch him on the Original American Gladiators as Thor then Titan.

And the only one that matters to me is “Stay consistent”!!!! So I stay my but in the gym five days a week giving 100% consistently no matter if I’m weak I still hit my numbers be it sets or reps ,no matter if I’m hungry or not You will be tagged one day my friend 💋 Thank you guys 💪🏽👊🏼
Take a week off from benching Bench once a week Hit a PR the first week back The second week deload, don’t do too many reps with sub maximal weight and don’t go for a PR in weight. If you could do 225 for two this week do 210 for 5 just don’t do a PR with 210. 3rd week go for a PR hit 235 or whatever. Repeat this process You can do accessories during every bench workout

Pushups that's what I do and I'm 50 years old ,I only do calisthenics but I can bench 225 29 times at a weight off 195
