If you feel like you have varicocele or any pain on abdomen spreading through out...kindly do a Sonography of scrotum... you may have a cyst and all that symptoms of varicocele might happen like me... sonography will cost u under 1k or even less.

@@bharish2807 10 badam ,10 kismis,2 akhrot, 2 anjir in morning. Chay bnd kr do. 2 litre milk everyday, one pomegranate or apple daily. Now in winters you can also add dates and shilajit. Try it for 2 months result will be surprising

Suffering from left side vericocele. Vein size is 2.6 mm to 2.8mm.
Taking medicine Arnica montana and Ruta 30 for past three months. In between there was some relief but now the veins are more prominent and pain diverting towards right hand side as well.

Hello sir is there any cure for chronic epididymitis, it started with a slight injury and later i had UTI. But after medication there was no uti. Now its 6 months and every 6-7 days the pain and swelling starts. Tye coiled tube can be seen from eyes itself when touched or when i lift my testicle. It is oainless but the swelling is increaing with oeriod of time.
It is on right side. I also have a high grade painful varicocele on left which also developed during the UTI. I am 20.
My main concern is chronic epididymitis (inflammation of spermatic cord and I can feel during pain in my leg and thigh and upper side of scrotum) because I have searched everywhere and to many urologist there is no cure. Nor do anyone knows about this disease

Having constant dull aching pain. Could feel something at bottom of left testicle while having bath with hot water and during masturbation, ultrasound say enlarged veins in left scrotum with 2.6 mm size. This thing has really got me worried for 2 years now, orgasms are not same. Was planning embolization but herd it is not effective if gubernacular veins or external spermatic veins are involved. For further context, During the surgical process, I felt the tugging sensation of my veins as if it was pulled when the surgeon was working on each side (as my varicosele was on my right and left testis).
So when he was working on the left side, I felt the tugging sensation (from my left upper abdomen to the lower part) like the veins were being pulled, and then the ache/pain began faintly.
When he was done tying of the left arteries according to him, he proceeded to the right side. Same process, same tugging sensation of my veins on my right side abdomen and the pain ache started faintly Afterwards.
After I was wheeled out of the surgery room, the pains where still felt and when my Anastasia started wearing off, the pain on both left and right abdomen was very obvious and concentrated. Also started feeling pains on the cut area where the surgery was done.
However i was given painkillers, both suppository and injection and it subsided the pain alot.
I'm awake this morning and I tried seating, the pain came back as an ache now still on both sides of the surgery area.
I fell really dizzy when I seat for even just a minute, sweating, laboured breathing, heart palpitations like panic attack then lie back down and I feel better.
Nurses check sugar level and blood pressure, all came out fine.
This is to provide more context and Information about everything I'm feeling 15hrs after my surgery yesterday.
I would appreciate your thoughts and recommendations.
