What a delightful, charming and gracious lady! She was still beautiful in her 90s. She gives the impression she looked for the best in everybody (and most of the time found it).
3/3/20 and I can watch twice a day on MeTV in Jacksonville FL. 9 am and 1130 pm. I don't get tired of watching. Even though I know who did it it seems fresh.♥️♥️♥️
Raymond Burr cultivated orchids and was responsible for the development of 1500 new hybrids. He named one "Barbara Hale" to honor his long time friend.
Wonderful show - wonderful cast - wonderful memories- reminds me of my own father, a lawyer who also used Brylcreem and worked in a fantastic building ( The Victory Building) downtown Toronto!
Barbara, we are all so very grateful for this interview, expressing your thoughts and feelings about the Perry Mason series. I know you have done so much in your career, but hearing about your relationship with Raymond and the cast is special. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a wonderful interview, you look super, and as Paul Drake (Bill Hopper) said many times before: "hello beautiful",,,,I am on my way to visit Raymond's winery in Sonoma, where I shall think of you and him at TVs finest hour. Respectfully. A life long admirer and Attorney at Law.
What a "spot on" comment to start off the list. Barbara Hale gives so much interesting and fun about her live and her co-workers. It was quite interesting learning about Mr Gardner. He was an excellent mystery author. I had no idea how involved in the filming of Perry Mason he was.. great info.. of course any discussion about Raymond Burr is always terrific and looked forward to hearing. Again the greatest dame of her era didn't let us down.
About 5 years ago, her son William Katt of The Great American Hero fame got her into doing collectors shows. And in key, she was invited to various events like this the last few years of her life. She loved it.
I love Perry Mason in the late 50's. All of the cast are dead now. Barbara Hale played as Della Street was the last to die. My favorite cast was Lt. Arthur Tragg played by Ray Collins. He gave Perry, Paul and Della a run for their money. R.I.P. to all of them. Perry Mason still lives on today in 2020.
Don't know why people are laughing, whould they like a colleague to do that to them, dove's shit etc. Burr's ideas were sick, disgusting, thoughtless and respectless, even in hindsight
Here in 2020 this show is a welcome relief from the bizarre happenings in our world. I love these folks in this show.
It's 2024 and still is. I love watching the show.

You can’t find any bottles of Burr’s wine which is sad.
RIP Barbara Hale. She was 94 years old.

why isn't there captions?
right before she died. how'd they know ? she died January 2017.

Still a pretty woman. Guess she is the only one left of the series.
+Mary Lawson I think that Richard Anderson is still living.
+Mary Lawson During her tenure as Della Street, she was just the perfect "Street Doll"
No Richard Anderson & Lee Miller are both still alive
Yes and also Lee Miller
trwent Believe your right forgot about Anderson.
Wonderful guest, bad microphone.
I’ve always wished they would colorize the old Masons.
The black and white photography helped enhance the suspense.
Leave them be. Colorization looks flat and unrealistic - it ruins the original.
