For students taking the 2021 exam, do the episodes need to be picked by the teachers? I'm doing a level media as a 4th subject but don't have any lessons, I'm teaching myself the content basically 😂 ((thank you for teaching me the best annotations and things to put in essays)) but was just wondering whether I could choose them or whether they need to specifically be picked by the media teacher? Thanks :)
19:23 - 19:37 why is it that craft is something that might be particularly appealing to a female audience specifically, rather than a male one? Your content is really helpful btw!
Because society in Britain still socialises us to believe that crafting dolls (which is what they discuss) is a feminine activity. Arts & Crafts in general is an industry or activity that is dominated by females, probably due to a variety of reasons including the unconscious bias in schools when it comes to directing students what subjects to take.
I'm going to be taking the exam in 2021 and my teacher has told us that LNWH is no longer in a time slot at 11pm and that it is podcast only. Would I still write about the time slot in my answers? :)

I think the exam board would allow both answers as it depends on when students studied this topic. So either should be fine.
