  • With a rich history spanning over 900 years, this is a story told several animated sequences of the most recent LEGO Notre-Dame de Paris cathedral set number 21061. With over 4300 LEGO pieces placed brick by brick, in this video you will get a glimpse of the chronological order of construction of the Parisian cathedral known by the entire world over centuries. Starting this story in 1163, the cathedral slowly takes shape through the hard times of the Medieval Ages and the French Revolution up until the heritage that was vowed to be protected by architects of the 19th century and the 21st century as well.
    Disclaimer:
For the "Present" sequence, I excluded the devastating fire as it was only mentioned in the LEGO instructions booklet and was never intended to be featured as a part of the building process. Since the Notre Dame de Paris intends to be open by the end of the year 2024, the word "Present" was used in order for this video to be factual in the near and far future for all viewers.
I must give credit to the designer of the 3D Model which was shared publicly by Fogeyman on his blog: fogeyman.tisto...
