There are some very special people in this world and Phil is one of them. Risking his life to save another. I hope they both fully recover. God bless them both. ❤❤
Four of my family and I live on in acreage in the country too. My dad’s business is on his land. Our last wildfire was so serious the whole city was evacuated. For real, I thought all three homes were gone. It’s the weirdest feeling how all of my special stuff suddenly seemed like junk. I can relate to this family in a tiny way. I really understand that all that matters is everyone’s safety and health. Spicket hoses can’t fight a wildfire. It’s best to just get your family the hell out of there yet hindsight is 20/20
Dear Lord, please wrap your loving arms around these people to comfort them. Amen. Everyone: Please give, what you can, to The American Red Cross for disaster relief. They are the only charity that has boots-on-the-ground at every disaster in our country, imho. They deserve our trust & support.
@@omi_god wow. Calm down. It was just a question. I thought they rescued people. Sheesh, no need to be angry at a simple question that has yet to be answered.
@@smiller2114 They DO rescue people. They WERE rescuing people. It is difficult to be everywhere at once during a wildfire ripping through towns burning everything in it's path. Firefighters are also not fireproof. They burn their trucks burn, their hoses burn, and when the winds are blowing at 75 mph they have to attempt not to die while saving us and our property.
I don't think Jesus would like what you are saying under a story about two people who are currently hospitalized. Jesus helped the poor, sick, weak, and sinners. Perhaps you should repent about being a self-righteous and callous person who has the gall to say such vile things to people who are suffering so much. Why don't you do what Jesus would have done and go help them with food, shelter, supplies, and good will.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.....every single time there is any type of disaster suddenly here comes Jesus. I hear this several times a year so where IS HE? What happened to THE END you keep saying is coming? Do you think if you say it enough you might get lucky and THE END really will come? The good old never ending END.
Rapture isn't even a word in your bible. Maybe you'd know that if you weren't obviously illiterate. Instead of repenting, remove leaves and other flammables from your property and gutters. Have an evacuation plan and know in advance what you would take. And don't leave your propane tank on your grill outside if you do evacuate. Leave water trickling if it is cold in case power and gas are cut off and you don't want frozen pipes.
@@lindaphilippi507 these people should live in houses made out of cement and 1 inch thick bullet anti-huricane windows. I'm tired of people complaining about their house being on fire.

So it was the Fire in the Shed that sparked the whole disaster.
It could be... investigation pending.
It's time for America's billionaire's to step up & help these people instead of going into space.
Who do you think is waiting to scoop up these properties for pennies on the dollar??

Why a go fund me? These people are affluent. Do they not have insurance? Do even heroes in America have to beg for money? So sad.
How do you know they’re affluent? Not all health insurance is the best. Plus, these men are out of work and their homes burned.

@@omi_god wow. Calm down. It was just a question. I thought they rescued people. Sheesh, no need to be angry at a simple question that has yet to be answered.
They were working to contain and put out the fire and at the same time trying to mass evacuate people from the area.

People shouldn't live in fire zones.
The whole west is a fire zone. You can't control drought and hurricane force winds no matter where you live.
