Agreed. The only thing it’s missing is a touch/jog-strip imho. For this i still combine it with a NI X1 mk2.
Lindy cables UK supply a 2meter 8 pin mini extension for around £16. Reloop are considering a longer lead but no promise.

Yes but you have to have two devices to give you what you have in one with Reloop
Great video. Mojaxx. If you use the screen recording function on the iPad. Does it record only the track being played, or does it record the track that you’re cueing in also?
I know there is a record function in the app it’s self but it can’t record certain sources, if you catch my drift.

What if you go a modular route and get a Kontrol Z1 and a Kontrol X1 mk2? seems the Z1 could use a refresh.
Hello, i use mixtour with djay pro on ipad, is it possible to set some other combination of keys to let for exemple to change the time of songs to make them in time?? Or another combiantion of keys to make fast or slow the song that is coming ??thx
Xone K2 with a good mapping can work with anything.
Can you connect turntables to this and use it with the iPad? If you can what kinds?

Thank you for your video! You have the best talking voice! Do you know if there's a function for pitch fader on the control for Mixtour? I know on the AKAI one of the knobs substitutes as a pitch fader.
No pitch... You can always do it on the screen 😏

Wish it had a master tempo fader!! Can you make it so the center knob is master tempo and shift + Center knob is browse?
MyGravityExperience It’s easy enough to remap the controller that way if you want. Just go to the midi mapping tab in the Traktor options screen and map it as you like. A 5 minute job - or a 60 second job if you’re already in Traktor. :-)
I use the AMX cause I can't afford a Rane 62 and for just general cutting, scratching and mixing it works pretty decently. If this Mixtour doesn't function with Serato that's a pretty huge turn off.
You didn't mention it's compatibility with Spotify, which is a HUGE selling point.
That's a feature of the software, not so much of the controller.
Dj pro no longer supports Spotify. Beatport pro and soundcloud do though @@Wuppie62

I want to use my turntables to make dvs on Rekordbox.
I have the pioneer Interface2 and a Rekordbox Full license.
The problem is that I am missing a mixer.
So I turned to Le Reloop Mixtour but I don't know if there is a mapping for this controller on Rekordbox or if it is compatible with the latter.
I would like to be sure that the MixTour works with Rekordbox before buying it.

It works as a standard midi controller. The factory mapping is quiet perfect-
Can you pitch bend or adjust tempo on this?
They are the missing controls on this one. You have to resort to the on screen controls on iOS. You can scrub through tracks with the main wheel, but other than that it is down to setting cue points or the screen.
When using this with a iPad does it take the audio from any music app like serato pryo and Spotify etc etc ?

It WILL charge the iPad Pro - just make sure you keep the screen brightness to about 2/3 strength or less, no problem!

I almost didnt buy this unit because you claimed in your video that it does NOT charge an iPad pro 12in. Albiet, it charges slow, it does charge mine. Maybe you got a faulty one.

If you mean Active speakers then yes but its not as simple as you may like due to the Mixtour being a unbalanced output from the RCA plugs (red and white female ports). You can also plug it into the Aux on most home HiFi units but remember your cables should remain within 3 meters to be on the safe side as they are unbalanced otherwise if you start going over 3 meters you will start to get a annoying humming sound

Wondering why do you think Traktor is dead? is it because of the Video plugin? because everything else (in my opinion) works equal if not better then all the other softwares
He said traktor dj, it has no updates since 2014.

+Chris Damon There's no question that Traktor on PC/Mac has been a little 'quietn ' lately, but I don't think it's going anywhere.
Traktor DJ on iOS is very, very dead. No updates in around 18 months now.

Traktor seems to be dead overall. Period.

traktor is my religion. the s4mk2 is my ideal option of controller at this time still. plus it works as a stand alone mixer with turntables. for mixing techno live, ya. intuitive and the jogs are appropriate while positioned to the top of the controller rather than at the bottom aside tge xfader
its been 6 yrs!!! Djay on Android sucks!!!! they still have not put a playlist feature. There device has more specs than a desktop. But for djing it sucks. IOS 4Eva
