Bahot feku hai sale CARS 24... Worst experience... Maine hamari Zest (2015) (2nd Top Petrol) (66k km) unko dikhai thi... Unhone uska 2.2 lac bola... Actually family car thi, single handed... Fir humne deal na karne ka decide kiya... Baad me agle din se unke phone ana shuru huye... Bar bar wohi batein repeat kar rahe the woh... Unka main issue hain ki wo Delhi se operate karte hain aur unke paas record kuch nahi rehta, shift change hoti hain fir koi dusra banda apse car ke bare me puchhta hain... Aur hame jis kimat par bechni thi woh chhodke baki batein kar rahe the... Ek din Papa ne unko kaha ki hame 3.5 lac tak bechni hain toh... Unka ek so called BPO ne 3.2 lac mein done karte hain aisa kaha... Papa ne bhi usko Okay karte hain bol diya...
Lekin uske baad unke calls ana hi band huye... Aur jisne 3.2 lac ki deal di thi woh bande ne firse call bhi nahi kiya... Humne customer service center ko call kiya toh unko malum nahi kisne deal karwayi thi...
Actually car bahot purani/bad condition me ho toh farak nahi padta lekin hamari sirf 4 saal purani thi with "Excellent" condition... Aur CARS 24 walo ne "Excellent" condition aise quote kiya tha fir bhi 2.2 lac mein humko ready karne ki koshish kar rahe the... Fir humne TATA ko hi 3 lac me bech di aur plus humko exchange bonus 25k kyonki hame TATA Nexon leni thi... So, total 3.25 lac mein sell kar di... Plus TATA Nexon pe tab 30k ka discount tha... Toh sone pe suhaga... So, finally total sum = 3+0.25+0.3= 3.55 lac we got 🤩

Pehle maine Cars24 pe apni Honda Amaze car ki details submiit kar ke online valuation check kiya. Usme meri car ki value 4.33 lakhs to 4.54 lakhs dikhayi. Value dekh kar maine appointment book kari aur pahunch gaya inke paas car bechne.
1 ghante me Inspection hui. Inspection ke time pe inspection karne walo ne meri car ki bahut tareef kari kyunki meri car 5 saal me sirf 18000 km chali thi aur well maintained hai. Muhe laga ki online wale rate to mil hi jayenge.But..
Jab thodi der me report aayi to 20-25 minutes tak unka banda mujhe aaltu faltu ki baaton me ghumata raha. Mere baar baar puchhne par bhi wo mujhe value nahi bata raha tha. finally usne mujhe value batayi 2.54 lakhs. maine unko puchha k online to value isse 2 lakh zyada show kar raha hai.
Phir shuru hui meri car ki khamiyon ki list. Jo khoobyan thi wo sab ek tarah se zero kar di gayi aur betuke negative points ki line laga di. Har company apni sales badane ke liye models me changes karti rehti hai to ye baat bhi negatives me add ho gayi ki company ne to ye model band kar diya ab to naya model aa raha hai.
Unke bachkane reasons sun kar main samah gaya ki maine apna hi time waste kar diya. Main waha se uth ke aa gaya. Next day mere paas uni call aayi ki sir aapne kya decision liya. Maine kaha ki aap log online kuchh rate lagate ho aur valuation kar ke kuchh aur rate dete ho. Mere itna kehte hi Unhone mujhe 3.33 Lakhs a final offer de diya. Maine wo offer bhi reject kar diya.

Simply take the car....go to authorize car centre....like maruti or Hyundai....whichever car u r purchasing....ask for complete service and estimate....they will tell all issues related to it and price estimate...now you can walk away and tell them will back next day as today need vehicle......

1)You cannot sell the car as owner of the car is bank untill you pay EMI or NOC from bank is must to sale ur car.
2) If you want to transfer your EMIs on next buyers then buyer should be eligible for loan and buyer , seller both should go bank and apply for loan transfer.
Both buyer, seller should pay extra charges.

The cars 24 is totally fraud, and not genuine, this is all money game with the customers, I have had a bad experience with cars 24 as they told the RC will transfer, but they told the buyer they did not find, they are totally liers and playing the game with customers, if the RC name is nt transferred then the cars 24 people will ride our vehicle on our name, and they do nt transfer , ultimately the customers are the sufferers, before taking the car the cars 24 people they tell, the very next day they will send the RC papers to sign , do nt ever approach the cars24 if you want the head ache, then police stations and legal cases the cars 24 gives head ache and suffers the customers
