Despite item rain being… well uh, item rain, this was a very funny KO! I got 4 bullets on SNES BC2 in a row which took me nearly an entire lap. This really shows this game mode can be ridiculous sometimes 😂
Hoping next is a kart-only version of the 150cc knockout series. It'd be really interesting and an opportunity for everyone to genuinely learn karts at a competitive level.
Using an item at the start to potentially breakaway at the beginning is such a smart idea. But as you mentioned, one mistake can definitely snowball. Unfortunately experienced that in the final 6. Despite the stress, I agree that this game mode can be fun every once in a while! GG's!

It's a shame retros are gradually getting removed from CTGP, but we have Retro Rewind if we want to experience the best the main series has to offer, and it opens the door for crazy new custom tracks from new creators!
