Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) - Anatomy Overview

Kelly started her journey at East Carolina University and worked with a variety of sports in the undergraduate setting, GO PIRATES! She continued her education at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga for her graduate work. She chose this setting to get the small school feel and to spend a few years with her grandfather, GO MOCS! Also during this time Kelly spent several summers with Camp Woodward in Woodward, Pensylvania working with children as well as professional action sports athletes as a Certified Athletic Trainer.
Penn State won out the battle for Kelly in 2009 and she spent 10 years here in Happy Valley working with the finest athletes and teams in the NCAA, winning 2 national championships with Women's Volleyball and a third with Women's Soccer. She was also the serving athletic trainer for the mens and women's Swimming and Diving with an individual National Champion in the mile.
Kelly found a nitch and that she has a real talent for CranioSacral Therapy. She has worked with countless individuals and has had great success with treating a wide range of issues ranging from chronic headeaches, to spinal pain, to Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJD).

It's been nearly 25 years since my taking the CST 1 class. Non invasive. Coupled with other modalities is a game changer for those in physical pain. CST used for emotional pain like PTST has been proven. Done at a VA hospital, CST brought Veterans out of a "shell". CST has saved many lives. Thankyou
