If you run out of stone to make, and you have a lot of solvent, motes and gemstones lying around, you can also fuse gemstones to their next tier for stone cutting exp. Fusing brilliant gems to the purple tier gives a lot of exp too. This is only a side way of doing stonecutting though and not the main way as gems and motes are rarer.

True but you need the right arcane lvl to turn those motes to higher tier motes, you can buy them from the store but they’re expensive, better to buy the motes and lvl them up from there and more profit(: the other downside is that it’s best to save the gems until higher lvl stonecutting to fuse better and higher level gems for more profit, that’s just me tho, I thought about this for a good minute😂

To lvl stonecutting, you need to craft Stones.... thats basicly what he tells us... WHY THE HECK DOES HE NEED 5 Min. FOR THAT?!?

Voidstone is crazy expensive. I think the devs messed up the materials. In every trade skill you need 2 of the craftable materials, and 8 of the gatherable (like 2 wyrdwood plank and 8 ironwood for the ironwood plank), but here it's switched, you need 8 lodestone brick and 2 lodestone which basically made it 4 times more expensive. On my server it would cost 38k to level up from 150 to 200 and you get back 20k from selling it.
But i don't know why you didn't mentioned it, gem crafting is way better. It gives more xp, and a lot of them even profitable. Note that gem prices is WAAAAY different on every server, but on mine Onyx is very good. I have to craft 200 Pristine Onyx, which would cost me 22k, and i could sell it for 36k.
So it's way better, the only downside of this that you have to have arcane level 125 or one of your guild member to be able to craft your own quintessence.

There's an area northwest of Everfall called "Stone..." something, that's where I farm my stone - there are many stones in a dense area. It respawns quickly and your only limitation is the weight you can carry. I usually farm there, port back to my home in everfall and repeat.
