I think JK needs to release a deluxe album with this version on it. Totally with you that this should have been the original. That blend gave me goosebumps and you know JT was gonna kill the verse!
I prefer this over the Jack Harlow verse, tbh. It blends better, the verse is more creative, still sexy but not sleazy, and it makes Jack Harlow's feature sound lazy.

I think the entire fandom (including me) spoke this into existence. Literally EVERY reaction I've seen the reactor say the original gave them JT vibes. We asked and they delivered, and we received.

I have also been thinking about this release and the 2 things I can come up with is: That it was planned. They knew they were making the military announcement and to soften the blow, for the fans. They've done stuff like this before. Something that takes our mind off of them leaving us. #2 That it was done on the fly. This is why it's not on the album. It's mostly adlibs and I've seen JK do adlibs on the fly. I'm sure JT can do them, without breaking a sweat. I've also made up a scenario for this version. JK and Fallon are buds. JT and Fallon are buds. I imagine that Jimmy was asked to get one of them in touch with the other after the project with Harlow was already done...Just my imagination, runnin' away with me.

I yeeted the Harlow version out of my favourite list on Spotify the moment I saw this pop up on my recommended tab😂 THIS should have been the main feature!!! The reason I liked this song so much initially was because it reminded me of that NSYNC era so much 😂!

I am still in love with 3D FT Jack tbh but this one is probably my fave version. The one with just Jungkook is amazing as it would be no matter what but I needed both these features for me to thoroughly enjoy the song honestly. Just Jungkook on 3D feels empty. I love Jacks lines (I actually understood his lyrics but that’s something to shade others about another time) but as soon I saw this collab was happening? I freaked out. I absolutely love Justin and I knew their voices would be amazing together. But also I wasn’t expecting him to be on the song, I thought he was remixing it musically, not with vocals 😂!! I was so happy when I heard Justin - this song soothes the soul. People hate Justin now more than ever and I am not in that group of people. Hope he’s happy despite shit coming out from the past and him collaborating with Jungkook makes me so happy. So damn happy!!!! Now 3D is my fave off the album (with Jack) but this one is either my fave now or in a tie with the one with Jack - I can’t make up my mind.. like yes it’s my fave but I also love the OG version so much. Anyways, I’m gonna finish this reaction now!

Amari Leone is too funny. Yeah, he talks a lot because he is excited, but I have to agree with him: JT ad libs are great with JK. Song was too short. The verse JT sang probably doesn't go with the flavor of the song. jack's verse, however, as another reactor said "was trash"
The logical reason for this to not be on the album is it could have come about AFTER 3D came out. If JK can record his songs in 3 hrs, then this could have come about AFTER everyone and his mother said that JK and JT would sound good together.

Just let it be like this for now. Jungkook has been insulted that his solo success is because he sings English songs, collabs with American singers, and produces and releases his songs in America. As if his talents have no contribution at all. Imagine if original 3D collabs with JT, the haters and antis will definitely claim that the success of the song is because of JT. Even this reaction also implies that JT will make this song get more attention. Remember this is Jungkook song, not the other way around. Let this remix remain on side B.

While I appreciate your comment you have to realize I already reacted to JK's part in an entire other video, me focusing on JT in this video is simply me focusing on the NEWEST part of the song, & in no way implying JK is not competent on his own (which I even mention at 11:56 in this video here). I wouldn't have made videos on EVERY song on the project & ranked the solo JK songs higher than the songs with features if I thought JK needed features to make great songs. As far as people claiming the success would be only because of JT, antis are going to hate no matter what JK does, that's why they're antis & not objective critics. I disagree whole heartedly that JK should operate in anyway that boils down to an attempt to appease his biggest haters. Also 7 came out before 3D & was quite literally an international musical phenomenon, if people had decided to act like this song would've been successful in-spite of JK's contributions instead of as a result of him being a core part of that, they would've being illogical & proven false before we had ever even heard this song (if it was the original 3D version).

As a woman……I simply couldn’t get behind 3D with Jack Harlow…..I found his rap distasteful. I did buy it to support our boy……so this version is much much better. Funny…..when I first listened…..I had a really hard time telling JK and Justine apart😳

I like this version a lot more than the Jack Harlow version, but a lot of people are complaining about JT being on the track. Not because of how he sounds but because of other stuff like "Nipple-gate" and Britney. And a lot of the complaints were before anyone even heard the track. SMH

Your reaction is so funny. Sadly, many are boycotting this because they don’t like JT’s personality and that he is, others say, a Z10n1st. Truth is a lot are boycotting JK’s whole album on the same basis (those involved such as Scooter Braun). Honestly, most (not all) are merely using it as an excuse. Simply put, if that is the genuine reason then they should boycott BTS because Scooter Braun is CEO of Hybe US. Watch them be selective about this reason for boycotting JK.

My one request/suggestion... PLEASE don't use the color-coded fan-made lyric videos. The song is 100% in English and there are only two singers in it. These videos take streams away from the official channels. Also... for their Korean songs, these fan-made videos are only ever about 75% accurate in the translations and they even get who is singing which part wrong at times.

jungkook collabed with jack and latto because HE likes their music and thought they fit best on those songs. it wasnt some marketing ploy. people need to accept they wont agree with the members decisions and just flat out own that instead of make up narratives like it was done for marketing cause if were being real 90% of the numbers, sales and streams came from armys not jack harlow or lattos fanbases i saw the streams and sales for their other solo songs and other features and it doesnt even measure up so jk pulled the work with his songs so marketing doesnt make sense not many new people found it cause of the features they found it cause the songs went viral being in english and jungkooks voice.
next the boycott is people using jk as a excuse to make hybe get rid of scooter meanwhile scooter runs hybe america which has NO hand in any bts/bts members music. scooter gave bang pd some producer phone numbers but the end was jungkook picking and choosing who he wanted and some werent even suggestions from scooter some were with dynamites writer a phone number they already had, major lazer they already met him in the past etc im sure they couldve gotten the numbers on their own too. scooter BARELY had any involvement in anything. and he doesnt make any money on jungkooks music. so boycotting jungkook makes no sense. scooter doesnt profit.

I don't know why Jungkook collabed with all other artists (no disrespect to them) but Jungkook was the only one carrying the song or those songs even would have been better alone. Collab should be like this where artists add something to the song. others didn't add numbers or flavor to song, nothing.
I think the goal was to reach a different set of listeners than are normally in army BUT I am always in favor of making the best song possible, the numbers will come as a result of that
