this song is my fav by far its dynamacs / atmosphere and fucking overall brilliance is amazing.. and its freakin hard to sing the transition from the yelling to the chorus makes my vocal chords bleed.. but its all in the name of AWESOMENESS thanks for the post mate..
"Bleed if I want to", that song just echoes for me. Not in an emo, my parents wont buy me new jeans so I'll cut myself kinda way ... but just in a poetic manner.
Yes, I said "mostly" about Tool's songs. And I mean that they're more industial metal, though true industrial is definitely more like NIN. What I meant was that they're songs have this aspect to them which a lot of the time have that sort of warped sound similar to industrial but with a more metal sound. I don't mean to start an argument, but I definitely agree with your points.
No, Tool are a great band, they're one of the few bands that have deep meanings behind their songs. HOWEVER... I'm not saying The Butterfly Effect are bad or ripoffs of Tool. Personally I love both bands and think they both have unique sounds.
that has nothing to do with me liking the butterfly effect..too many bands are labelled as tool copy cats when they sound nothing alike..i mean if you said it on an earshot song i wouldn't argue (i remember one or more of their songs sounds very tool like)..but i still like them.
I strongly disagree. The Butterfly Effect's songs are far less cryptic and generally more personal, whereas Tool songs are mostly political or about the mind and warping it. Also, the overall sound of both bands are very different to each other. The Butterfly Effect have a dirtier/grungier sound than Tool. Tool have more of an industrial/progressive aspect to them. But that's my opinion.
One of the best bands australia has ever produced!! SO PROUD OF YOU TBE!!!!!!!
still true 13 years later!!!
Listening from San Antonio Tx. This band should have been huge in the United States. 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
