Hello , awesome video! How long did you cure it for?
Dope ! Just what I wanted to know 👊
You have an amazing machine is that the BN20 nice🔥🔥💰💰💰
Dope video great outcome
Thanks for watching
can’t wait to hear how it’s holding up after a few washes.
It lost some of its vibrancy after the first wash. Which I expected since I didn't have the white ink for an underbase. But no cracking no peeling
@@overflowvinyl Got an idea for you, might make for good content as well. try laying it on top of white vinyl.
@Modern Addict if we use vinyl then we stay with vinyl ,it s not gonna be DTF ( direct to film) 😀 ,more then that we have to spend more material and time (powder ,curing time....) ,better to switch to white if that hack work
@@overflowvinyl I've seen people using 2-3 passes when printing on clear vinyl without a white base so maybe it can improve these prints also.
@@zabestof Its not so much the passes. The DTF powder needs the white ink for the glue to really stick. So without white, it think eventually it would all wash out.
Hi nice work! You print without any changes im your machine ?
Hi. Not understanding your question
@@overflowvinyl u did print in stock ecosolvent printer ? apply powder after dry ink or before ?
@@FranciscoAngelini before
how did it turn out after a few washes? i checked your channel and didnt see an update video
I only washed it once. It cracked a little. Sure it would only have lasted about 10 washes.
Great job💕💕💋💋💎💎
Hi is the eco solvant ink or dtf ink i dont think that work with eco solvant ink can you tel if that work
I used Eco Solvent ink without white. It adhered well. But I experienced color fading after the first wash.
@@overflowvinyl does the print come off? because I have an eco-solvent printer and I want to use it because I don't have a dtf printer thanks
Doesn't come off but it fades. But I think that mainly due to not using white ink
@@overflowvinyli will test it and i tell you
@@overflowvinyl can you do this test again with the white ink base along with the DTF Powder & curing, also try using both the transfer sheets (DTF & Eco-Sol printable HTV), would be great help if you could
Def a cold peel. In future videos on DTF can you show the back after the powder applied and cured to show difference? Great Vid!!!
Good point. That was my first ever anything with printing/curing dtf.
Gotta pull up to the new spot it’s been a min!
how long does the powder bake in the oven?
I didnt bake this. I cured it under the heat press for about 3 minutes
I didnt see how it looked after you did the cold peel , is it nice and clear ?
The cold peel is shown at the end of the video
How did you insert that sheet of paper in the BN 20?
The same way that you would a feed a roll
the temperature for the dryer is 0 ?
hi please does it work on black t shirt? we need white or black powder ? thank you
I would say you would need a bn20 with white ink to be able to print an underbase needed to print on a black shirt, but I haven't tried any other methods or colors
Have your tried it since
I need a printer LIKE THIS BUT I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO BUY IT IT DOESN'T MATTER IF IT IS USED
There is a link to this printer in the description of the video
I’ve been trying to find someone who has tried this. That was a mirrored print right? Do you have any recommendations for dtf film and powder? How’s it holding up after a few wash runs?
I try it doesn't work and doesn't work on black t shirt, works on white shirt but dtf film can't hold eco slvnt ink, fading even if you try with less quality print ,itryed many options with single dtf film not double ,good luck
Mirrored print. It lost a little bit of it's vibrancy after washing but that was expected without the white ink. I've only tried one film and powder option
You would need white ink for it to show on a dark shirt. Make sure your printing on the correct side of the film.
I have eco solvent ink in ET 8550 do you think it will work?
I think it would. We used eco solvent inks. It should work well on light shirts. You would need white for anything dark.
How did it wash?
Wash test video will be available soon. So far we washed once and it still looks good. Want to give it at least 5 spins before we post.
what temp and how many seconds
310, degrees for 10 seconds. Cold peel
Hi ,is it medium press ? How many seconds And degree please, thank you
Medium press. 10 seconds. Cold peel
It’s supposed to print white on top of the image.
Yes, I know. I was just trying it out with eco solvent ink
You must have white
there is no shortcuts to doing it correctly!
What is solvent ink please let us no thanks 😮
All Roland has to do is make a DTF printer
They did!
Well, seems they took a BN20 and put DTF ink in it.
Can I take embroidery class with you guys.. i live very cross in Long Island ny .. ?
@@alfredocastillo3547 we're working on a space to be able to provide that service
Roland made one its out
Same printer just using dtf inks
