    I almost stayed there last November, but it was unfortunately a little too far from downtown Phoenix for my purposes that trip. Given your review, I will definitely consider it the next time I’m in the area!
    Have you ever stayed at Feywood Hot Springs in New Mexico? If you haven’t, and are in the area, I suggest you check it out. The natural hot springs are wonderful, especially in the colder weather.

      @@JamesandPaulsRVAdventures I mistyped the name in my comment, it’s faywood not feywood. Anyway, the campground (and the hot spring tubs) are divided in two sections, the smaller clothing optional section is dry camping only, the larger clothing required (textile) section has sites with full hookups. He whole place is rather rustic. I stayed at Tent Site H in the clothing optional section, which was big enough to accommodate my 35’ class A motorhome. It was a tight squeeze (be careful of the pricker bushes) but I was there for four days, and I had no problems extending all 3 slides on my motorhome once I got it parked correctly. It’s easy to cross between the two sections of the campground, there are multiple gates in the privacy fence, and in fact one of the clothing optional tubs is in the textile section (I just wore a towel around my waist (and shoes!) to walk there). Also, the shower facilities are right next to the clothing-optional area but in the textile zone, so you will have to cover up to walk to the showers 🤷‍♂️
      Everyone was very friendly and very laid back, an easygoing vibe.
      Hopefully you get to check it out, I think you will like it. Oh, if you do go, walk up the hill to the “star chair” to look at the stars at night, simply amazing, and you might also visit the City of Rocks state park just 3 miles up the road.

    Hi Guys, You have been traveling the road now for 3? years? I have been binge watching and decided since you are so close to that illusive 1000, I would subscribe. Have a question for you. In your travels, do you find many other Gay fulltimers? I visit many of the campgrounds in the east you have visited and mostly I see perms and weekend partygoers. I have watched the other UA-cam channels (Family, full time gays) (Stay with Family seem to be off UA-cam?) Anyway, what's you experience? Is there a "gay Quartzite"?

      Hi There.. Thanks for subscribing! We've actually been traveling every summer cross country for 6 years, and then just travel locally (SoCal, AZ) in wintertime. We have run in to many gay full-timers.. many started during Covid. They work out of their rigs and switch locations every couple of weeks. Can't find Stay With Family online anymore either, and crossed over with the FTG's a couple of times a summer or two ago. We have also run into guys like us that travel on the road all summer.. in fact, every summer we seem to run into a couple that has an itinerary close to ours, and we run in to them several times during the summer, so it's more than the Perms and Weekend Partiers that are out there to meet! The other thing we do is put up a small gay flag on our RV when we are camping at non-gay campgrounds, and have actually met lots of guys rv'ing around the country that way as well...definately not the party crowd! Haven't found a 'gay quartzite' but I do want to camp in the 'magic circle' in quartzite at least once to see what it's about. Thanks for 'liking and subscribing!' LOL... oh, check out our road trip travel maps at gayrving.com...

      @@JamesandPaulsRVAdventures Thanks. Encouraging information. You guys are a little unique being in a smaller class c (versus a 45ft class A). You should do a video on what it cost to see the US in a summer. EVERYONE want to know about money!! Oh, and being the snob I am, I don't consider "Pandemic RVers" as real Full Timers yet. Maybe Next year!! lol

      @JamesandPaulsRVAdventures  Рік тому +1

      Do you get asked about how much RV'ing costs? I put everything in quicken, so I know down to the penny.. didn't think people would be interested in that....Like everything 'pandemic' (moves, job changes, etc) only a certain percentage 'sticks'.. everyone else returned to their pre-pandemic lives!
