Hi, nice vlog, the second apartment is my favourite, its spacious and has a balcony The last apartment is nice but, I think having a bit of outside space is important, especially after the year we've had. 🥰
I know this is a confidential question but I’m wanting an apartment in Manchester, if you don’t mind how much roughly would it be to rent the first one you saw ! 💖💖💖💖💖
Hey so when we were looking it depends on what floor you choose what view you want so Yh basically I can’t really give you an exact number. That apartment was called Vita living x hope this helps
Vita Living is about £1,400+ for a 1 bed, 1 bathroom flat. It is quite expensive compared to other flats. Affordability will be calculated by multiplying one months rent by 30. So, you will need to be earning over £42,000 to be eligible to rent. Although if you are two people, it is multiplied by 12, so both persons will have to be earning over £16,800. PS utility bills and council tax is normally not included in the rent. So add another £200 on top of the rent price to cover these, which you will spend £1,600 realistically to rent a flat there!
The 3rd was my absolute fav! Big bathrooms, big rooms, very spacious and alot of sunlight! What was the monthly price of the 3rd one?
Completely unrelated but your lace is melted to perfection! love the hair.
Thank you gorgeous xxx
