While bowling the beans when the bean water gets a little brown than you put the coconut milk so it can bowl together with the beans. When you put the milk in the last minute it makes the food sour.

I thought Tropicals in Roxbury had the dried shrimp, any other places you know of in MA? I know the dried shrimp brings out the flavor in this dish.
