im living in canada. lots of snow in here.. i was reading that tires of the sasquatch package are not good for snow.. what do you guys think? is it better to get these tires or not?
The exact one I've ordered. Can't wait. Now that Michigan is in a virus resurgence, I bet it will be delayed further. I understand that the computer chips are also in short supply and manufacturing will be taking a hit. Wonder if I'll see it at all in 2021
I wish Ford would stop talking about how easy it is to pop off the fender flares. I feel like everytime I park somewhere, I'll return to my "future" Bronco with the flares missing...

By the time the bronco comes out or becomes available, It will probably need a refresh already but at least make it reliable
Do the 4-Door and 2-Door share the same engine? And what about the grill, bumper, and the dashboard ? What about the dimension apart from the length?

Bilstein position-sensitive shocks come on all Sasquatch-packaged vehicles, but they are not adjustable, per se. (You cannot simply turn a knob to increase compression/rebound.) They simply have higher rebound and compression forces near the end of the piston stroke. Hence the “position-sensitive” terminology.
If the Black Diamond had that sweet 12” screen I’d be choosing it for sure.
It sure would be a nice addition!
It does, actually. It’s called the Badlands upgrade, and it comes with a stabilizer bar disconnect to boot. 😉

I hope I get used to turning off auto start/stop every time I get in my bronco. Really should be a back menu option to permanently turn it off.

The 2-door Bronco appears to be a great vehicle but as the video itself shows, Ford forgot to add essential points like reclining seats with the option to leave the trunk floor straight. This way, there would be plenty of room for luggage and without having to opt for the 4-door version.

Soft top looks kinda dumb just sitting up that high once it is pulled back, and to have only straps to keep it from flopping all over the pace while driving?

Be a quick and easy project when you get your bronco to replace the accent colors. I don’t think yellow and blue looks horrible just not my preference either.
I went with Velocity Blue 2dr BD so I think the accents will look great. When I was looking at a badlands, I had the same concern with the accent colors.
@@Sairos-Plays Yeah I've been turning that kind of project around in my head for sure! I figure the grab handle will be easy enough, but not sure what I'd do about the vent adjuster things (I guess they're not removable) and the seat stitching. I guess the stitching is pretty subtle, at least....

This has helped me decide to go with the 2 door base with metal bumper and skid plate rather than the 2 door black diamond. I don't think the Black Diamond is worth the jump in price if you are after that simple utilitarian look and function.
Fenders:
"Easily swappable, easily replaceable" easily capable of being stolen correct?
Yeah, I've thought the same about a lot of the modular stuff that's on the Broncos. Any thief that's familiar with the vehicle will know what can be taken off
@@phoenixamaranth that could be said for any vehicle though. If you know what tools are need and how to do it, no vehicle or accessories are safe.
@@nwbronco1972 Uh...did you watch the video? We're talking no tools needed removable fenders. And some of the other parts are very simple and quick to remove with tools, not at all like regular vehicles
@@phoenixamaranth yes I did watch it. The Flares are removable by hand, and I doubt they'll be worth much on the "second hand" market.......the fender itself still needs tools. I trust youve seen the video from a few months ago showing the installation of those high clearance fenders?
We were clearly talking about the fender flares as the original post references. And no one cares what you think they might be worth, the point is they are aftermarket and could be easily stolen along with several other features that can be easily modded.

i thought the swaybar disconnect was a part of the sasquatch package. Thats disappointing. Also cant get mid package on base model, no manual v6, no manual sasquatch, no optional rear locker for base model. Such a cool vehicle just not quite figured out yet. I was ready for a fully configurable Bronco

Scratch that. Just saw what that thing looks like in the catalog. No thanks! Really hoping someone comes up with a bar of some sort that mounts flush to the front of the bar that's similar thickness. We have the technology!
what is the starting price of the bronco
Great video! I think they missed the mark with the tailgate. The back window should have been incorporated into the tailgate so you wouldn't have to open the swing-out tailgate to access the rear cargo area. This is especially convenient in the 2 door model.
They went with the same design as the jeep and it's incredibly inconvenient if someone is parked close behind you or you have groceries or a bag and want to put it in the back.

What is sasqaushed?
Can we get someone over 14 years old, with enthusiasm to show us possibly the most important vehicle launch Ford has had in decades? Maybe he identifies as a marketing executive so I should cut him a break. Town and Country did it better. This Bronco Nation guy must be some Ford Exec's nephew or something. I'll wait for TFL's review before I make my final decision on whether or not I should take delivery.
Exactly my thought, the kids they got to review these trucks are the worst. Be EXCITED about it, don't tell us the what they missed on the design, makes no sense to me...Nonetheless, again, as I mentioned....
A little less “lispy”, and a little less wrist wagging would be nice. “This is like...a truck..or something.” At first I thought it was a joke, but then they kept putting him in videos. If the voice of the launch trailer guy was a person, this guy is the opposite of that. Extremely bad casting.

I'm confused about the sway disconnect button... Does the black diamond not have sway bar disconnects? Are they manual disconnects?
Do other trim levels have electronic sway bar disconnects?
Only the Badlands and First Edition series have the stabilizer bar disconnect, which is being supplied to Ford by the BWI Group. It is electro-hydraulically actuated (push the left-most hero button on the dash), and can be disengaged while under load. Once disengaged, it automatically re-connects at speeds of 20-plus mph, then automatically disengages again when speeds drop sufficiently.
I appreciate the response. I have a 06 Jeep Rubicon and I've always disconnected the anti sway bars manually, just takes a min or two and a couple wire ties.
I ordered a Black Diamond with Sasquatch and have overlooked the sway bar disconnect issue. I guess I will have to consider aftermarket once I get it. Maybe there will be a way to install manual disconnects. Thx!

Jordan thanks for the thorough review. Is the Cyber Orange color metallic? Pearl? I've narrowed my color choice down to Carbonized Gray or ?
No problem! It does have a pearlescent quality to it. It looks flat in the shade but pearlescent in direct sunlight.
It’s called Cyber Orange Metallic Tri-coat. It is also available on the Ranger pickup and the Mustang Mach-E GT edition.
@@samuelwilliams8560 True, I recently stopped by my local dealer when they told me they had a Ranger in the color. Looks nice in person. Really no surprises unlike some of the other colors that appear different in real life.
It's not metallic enough for me in person. Sparkles in the sun but looks school bus yellow in the shade. Was set on choosing cyber orange until I saw a Bronco Sport in that color at a dealership on a cloudy day. Pretty disappointed. Ordered Carbonized Grey instead.

Ford WHAT THE HECK! Who wants to push the auto start/stop engine button every time they get in?!
So ridiculous and annoying. I have two cars that came with that feature too but both could be turned off in the settings. Not sure why Ford would opt not to have that as a feature.
@@panzer948 It can be reprogrammed using FORSCAN. First thing I am going to do when I get mine. Plus disable a bunch of the nanny chimes.

weird ish question. what is the M on the shift for, and what is the +/- on the shift for? (my shift is current an old one on a steering column lol)
I assume you’re referring to the “manual” mode. The +/- lets to shift up and down when you want to.
Gives a bit more control when you need it.

@@greenhawk3796 yeah, it kind of simulates a manual experience without a clutch. It basically gives you the option to choose the gears without the auto taking over. But I think there is still a level that is automatic that will take over like preventing you from down shifting if you’re going to fast and the rpms are too high for that lower gear. Also, it will automatically put you in the correct gear if you come to a stop and forget to lower your gear.

Whats the wheelbase on the 2 door compared to the JL 2 door wheel base?
dont quote me but i think the 2dr bronco has 5" longer wheelbase than a Jl 2 door

No but people are talking about powder coating them. There may be aftermarket options too. Im definitely doing something with mine.
A black beauty ring comes on the WildTrak and First Edition.
I was able to get the 12' screen on my 2 Door Black Diamond...I believe it depends on the package level on the trim.
I'd like to see ford and international do a new version of the international scout possibly with a turbo diesel or even a diesel hybrid jeep has a turbo diesel 3.0 liter Chevy should consider bringing back the k5 blazer or ram the ram charger SUV 🤔

@@makatron why?? everything thats in it is in other vehicles for the exception of turn assist and the automatic sway bar. All they do is put it together at the factory.
@@elchucofried5683 even though the production process has a lot more control, this is a whole new integration. Also anyone that hasn't reserved one is not going to get one until summer 2022 when there's going to be far more accessories.
@@makatron idk I have a feeling the ones who dont reserve their Bronco and wait are going to get screwed with marked up Broncos. My reservation has a MRSP price protection since I have to wait until 2022. I think they will have great resale value like jeeps and FJs. As far as accessories I can hold off Ill probably just get the fender deletes from 4WP which will be available once they start rolling out. All I care is about the powertrain and all of that is used in other vehicles.

I believe if you order a load floor with a pullout tailgate it makes it more flat of a floor when seats are down, at least that is what I saw.

The front bumper is not standard on Black Diamond.
Kinda sucks that their isn't a charging port on the top console 😕. Was hoping to have one for a dash cam, but still I'm loving the Black diamond. Can't wait to get mine already. I order a two door red race black diamond w/ sasquatch, mid package.
That's the exact setup I was looking at originally. I really want that 12" screen and 360 camera though. Stinks we'd have to both upgrade to at least an outerbanks to get the top usb or 12" screen upgrade

I hate auto start/stop. That one feature is enough to make me no longer want a Bronco. Jeep’s use of it is absolutely an atrocious experience. Dang it, Ford.. why?!
It’s mine and my wife’s first thing we do before we pull away. We turn that shit off.
I have a 2019 Jeep GC and can turn it off permanently in the settings. If your Jeep cannot then Jeep must have woke up and listened to enough complaints and added that as an option. Now let's just hope Ford can do the same.
