Yes it does sadly the Apple pen does scratch the screen but u do get this like other protection things which u can get for cheap on SHEIN so it does not scratch the screen
It would with the fine tips if you were using just on a bare screen. But you can tell by the sound that they're making in the video that she's using a paper-like screen protector

There’s a screen protector on-if that gets scratched, you can just get a new screen protector and it’s fine.
