i think yes , ang daming puntos ni Freud. I had anxiety and elevated depression last year - yung friend ko na nag aaral ng EMDR, sinubukan nya sakin, win win situation- i help her, she helps me - nagulat din ako na habang ginagawa namin un ang dami kong memories na naalala ko bigla habang humahagulgol. and that made me realize na baka kaya ako people pleaser, may RSD, validation seeker is either because i have ADHD or because of my childhood. WHen Freud said na ang resolution is to understand saan nanggaling ung galit or what by making the unconscious conscious, i think i kinda understood that. When Freud said na forever na ito, i agree - but more manageable - mas aware na ako, mas conscious na ako, mas marami ng moments na mas "in control" ako sa anger ko, at may times pa ding HINDE. let me know if i understood it right, thanks for this Sir JP =)

Yung strategy ko sa pag aaral is mas nakakapagfocus ako sa pagbabasa kapag pinanuod ko muna ang topic. Pinanuod ko from pinaka first na video mo sir until sa huli which is the theory under alfred adler (individual psychology) napaka informative kasi thank you so much sir❤️🧠
It is still very much useful because if it is not, no more research will generate from his theory. Other psychologists or researchers can improve what is lacking in his theory but we can never ignore the contribution of Sigmund Freud when it comes to psychological matters.
