    The document ask for dates throughout, how do you add them? Great video btw!!!

      Hi there, the dates are added in when they are signed, as a time stamp. There is one place that you put the date (at the top of the RPA), but anytime the date is by the signature, it is signed and dated at the same time. Hope that helps.

    Hi Brittany! What are the requirements as far as having the section completed (on page 16) that says presentation of offer as well as the seller initials at the bottom of page 16? Are they mandatory? Thanks!

      Hi! Once the offer expires, it is voidable. So you don’t have to have it signed. However, to avoid any confusion or litigation it is always best practice to sign that you presented it and the seller’s response.

    If buyer removes investigation contingency, are they still allowed to do information inspection?

      Yes, as long as you don't remove the investigation. they still have access for 17 days.
