I agree, this is a gem. I like Tucker. He’s honest. And courageous. And refreshingly willing to eat humble pie at times. And a nice family man. He’s awesome.
Tucker is the one who really scares those in power, not Jon Stewart. "Crossfire" wasn't perfect, but when you're America's Light 'n' Fluffy Sweetheart, you have to shut up whenever someone who makes the effort to be tough and serious enters the room.
Yes, I too am so thankful for the UA-cam algorithm! I used to watch Tucker when he was on MSNBC and CNN. I recently tried searching for clips from those shows on UA-cam, but couldn't seem to find anything except for the Crossfire with Jon Stewart. I was so happy when this popped up!
@@MsKim14 CNN and MSNBC definitely wiped all evidence of those interviews. They hate Tucker, and there will never be a redemption, regardless of future politics
Did you feel attracted to Tucker in these sweet moments? I like to call him Tucker because the bow tie breeds familiarity. My attraction to him is disconcerting, especially since I perceive some weight gain there.
To coolmanwc4: I agree that Jon Stewart was raising a valid point about the nature of Tucker Carlson's show. However, there is a time and a place for everything. There are many venues where Jon Stewart could have raised the issue of the show, but raising questions like that on the show itself, I think, was very disrespectful; he was a guest.

You absolutely do know what Jon’s issues were with your show. You’re refusing to acknowledge them because it’s painful. Your show then and even now hurts American discourse. You mislead and anger people. You rile them up and encourage distrust. Your show is hurting this country.
He was not criticizing you for being mean to politicians, he was criticizing you for having low level insult blast nonsense petty fights on Crossfire and giving those topics a sense of validity.
It's insane that Tucker admits in this video that he and a friend spent a summer "helping" (whatever that means) the Contras in Nicaragua. Remember, the Contras were the CIA-backed death squads. His dad was a lifelong propagandist, a CIA asset, and Tucker probably was/is too. It's amazing how no one is commenting on that part of the video. The thing Stewart got wrong was not recognizing just how much and how intentional the damage Tucker and his family have done to American discourse. It neither started nor ended with Crossfire. Nothing about Tucker's life is an accident. He's a fascist, his dad was a fascist, and they're willing to play the long game to make their goal of a pure world, purged of degenerates, a reality.
Trying to pass off such evil positions like the child raping and elderly murdering and student torturing as "the good guys" and veiling in charm is disgusting. By not challenging him you FAILED!
This video is a gem. Thank you so much for posting it!
THAT was awesome. Seemed like such a down to earth guy.
I was surprised how likable he was in person. And he ties on a bowtie so gingerly!
oh man this is awesome.

Hungry-Man pie?
Upvote if you wish tucker was your pizza delivery guy
Uh-oh, here comes another bombshell of a clip exposing Tucker Carlson as being a likable, normal guy.
Yup, joining a terrorist organization. 100% likeable and normal
@@Pk-io6xe “hE’s A tERroRisT 🤡”

Yes, joining a terrorist organization would make one a terrorist
@@Pk-io6xe I’m making fun of such a dumb opinion, I guess I thought that would have been more obvious.

I know. Its what you people generally do when you're unable to actually respond. Its pretty typical of low-iq people such as yourself
His bow tie days. I first started paying attention to him when he wrote for The Weekly Standard.
love tucker :)
I wish tucker would bring me a pizza!

Do some research on his dad, and you’ll understand why.
Watching in 2017
Sam Spacek same here. Can't get enough of how genuine of a vibe he gives off. Always seems like himself

Thanks UA-cam algorithm, it's interesting to see how Tucker evolved through the years.
Right??

2020 baby
It's all about the suit and appearance, and the camera.
On tv
Tucker has become the MAN.
So this is back in the 1990s when Tucker did not laugh like a little girl in public...
IMHO
Why is Tucker speaking with a Heron?
Was this recorded yesterday..?
This comment will be relevant in 20 years time.
It won't let me like it
Jon Stewart is lame.
Cucker Cuckerson. There, I corrected it for you
