Your order sits there, forgotten, while others who appreciate good service get theirs first. Those on speedy scooters snatch it up quick 'cause, come on, who's gonna bother for your lousy tip? So, next time, think twice before blaming the wind.

AR is calculated out of your last 100 orders. A rolling average. Every order that you get is added to the average (accept or decline) and the oldest is kicked out of the average.
If you accepted 5 orders without a change in AR, that means you kicked out 5 acceptances. The 6th one that you declined kicked out another acceptance so that’s why it went down 1%.
The one thing I hate about DD is if your next acceptance will raise your AR, they will send you a bad offer so you decline and your AR will either stay the same or go down. They only send a string of good offers if your AR will not go up. Like if you are 5 away from an AR increase, they will only send 4 good ones and then a bad one. The rolling 100 AR system sucks and DD takes advantage of it because they really don’t want to give out the benefits. The benefits are for drawing in new drivers because they know the older ones will quit.
Think of it this way, out of the last 100, you need to have at least 70 of those accepted. Every order you accept kicks out an old one 100 orders back. To know exactly how many accepts you have out of the last 100, you would need to literally write down a list of 100 (A or D) and cross off the oldest one at the top each time you add one to the bottom and update the number of accepts. Tedious work but that’s how you beat the system and keep them from knocking you down.
Example with a rolling 10 and each one being 10% AR:
AAADDADAAD = 60% AR
Add an Accept:
AADDADAADA = Still 60% AR
Now add a decline:
ADDADAADAD = 50% AR
